If you ordered from Collections, Etc.....they automatically took you into their scam "Reservation rewards" and charged $12 to your bank account.  I called them and they said they would re-credit my bank account.  THey said I authorized it (I didn't) on my last order from Collections Etc.  I also wrote them an email and got a confirmation that they would cancel my "membership".  I intend to send a nasty email to Collections, Etc. and never order from them again!

I noticed today that we had been hit with a $12 charge on our bank account with a reference of Reward Reservations 8007327031 CT.  Neither my husband nor I could remember charging $12 anywhere, so I started checking into it and found this and other websites showing the 800 number to be a scam.  I called them to see where they got our debit card information and to make them reverse the charges.  After trying to navigate the vmail system and coming to the point where they wanted me to enter the credit card number that was being charged (as if I would even THINK of doing that!), I punched zero until I got a real person.  Myra told me I had purchased their services through Dealhaven.  Sure enough, I had bought my son some heelies a couple of months ago through eBay from Dealhaven.  I told Myra to discontinue my account and refund me my money.  She readily agreed to do both and said we should see a refund of the two months they had charged us on our account within 3-5 days.

You know, if a company thinks you legitimately signed up for their services and then you try to back out, they usually argue at least a little and tell you they can close your account, but they can't refund you, or you have to do something like send them something in writing, or whatever.  There was none of that with this - I said "give me my money back" and she said "okay".  I wonder how many people never look at their bank statements and pay something every month to them without knowing...

I plan to report them to eBay as well as BBB and on a few sites like this.  Wrong, wrong, wrong!

This is WFIReservationRewards a big ripoff scam. Some sites you shop at online will have a "click coupon" offering you $10 off your next purchase with them or whatever, but it's really a trick to get you to accept a membership with this company, then they bill the credit card you used at the online merchant as part of a "combo purchase agreement". I shopped at Drugstore.com a month ago using an anonymous name, email address, and one-time use VISA card off of my Shop Shield account. My guess is the online merchant that lets them do this must get a kickback or something. Totally fraud!

ReservationRewards tried to bill the card I used for $12 but Shop Shield wouldn't let it go through. Glad this scammer never had my real card or email info to begin with.

I just was doing my banking, and had a $12 charge to this phone #.  After reading the previous statements, I called and spoke with Virginia, who was very nice and explained how I had "signed up" for this service when I purchased from Deep Discount. com.

Of course the said they would cancel the subscription and refund the money.

I am going to report this to the BBB and state attorney general of nc

I picked up on this $12.00 reservation rewards charge on my Sept. credit card bill.  I missed it on my Aug. bill so thank you all of the people posting.  I had not a clue I was getting charged for this.  I called my credit card company and they took off the Sept. charge.  Ten minutes later when I looked at previous bills and saw it on my August statement I called my credit card company back and was told they couldn't take it off until I cancelled whatever membership I didn't join.  So my credit card company is inconsistent, that's lovely.  I called 1-800-732-7031 and (fingers crossed) they will cancel my "membership".  I was FIRM to say the least.  This stuff makes my blood boil!! What a scam!!! They said I joined this reservationrewards when I was on movietickets.com.  I remember being on the movietickets site and nosing around the rewards thing and then realized it was lame so I just bought my tickets and got out.  Somehow I was pegged and charged two months.  But I never joined or did a 'trial membership',,,and by the way,,I think my credit card company is in cahoots with them...when I ended the first call to the credit card company (after being transferred twice) the guy said 'thank you for calling reservationrewards'......did I mention my blood is boiling, grrr.

Holy crap! I was looking at my Visa Bill today and low and behold, a $12 charge for what??!!! I called the number, and yeah it asked for my credit card # (as if) but I did find the e-mail with my member ID (in the junk folder). I went through the teleprompt system and got it cancelled and also requested a refund for the charge. I am hoping the refund comes in. I am wondering if I should call my Visa bank as well. Has anyone actually gotten a refund back yet?

I also found this ripoff Co. Its name is reservationrewar. It chargeed me for three times. I call the Visa company to ask for the detail information about this payment. They give me 800-732-7031 and let me call them. After I called the people in this cheating company let me give them more detail personal infomation. I refused to give them and call visa company again. They said they will issue me the new card and close the old one. Moreover they will send a paper work to me to let me sign and feedback to them so they can refund the wrong charged money to me.
Is anyone to know how to let this kind company disapear?
Report to 911 or some other agency to deal with it?
It just like rob in the street?take the money from my pocket without my permission

they get you when you click on the get 10 dollars off your next order ads. They consider it to be signing up when you give them your email address even though they have to get your credit card info from the site you legitimately ordered from. they have a class action suit against them as well.

Its funny that Visa (a most reputable and worldwide aceptance co. does not monitor or question these scams if they find one they should have the decency to ask about each customers relationship to that scamable outlet that used my visa number to compromise all monthly statements with a puny 12 dollar rip-off.  It must be hard to get a decent job in that state.

Hardly going to sue and they know it.

Didn't get a call or email, just popped $12 on my Account.  Called the number and a guy "cancelled" a membership i didn't sign up for.  I demanded a refund and was told I will get it back.  It is too early to tell whether i get my money back or not.  Evidently i got on their membership from Allposters.com and judging from the rest of the reports, this is a pretty wide spread scam.

Yep just as others have experienced. My "membership" some how was set up when I booked a ticket through US Airways. I called 1 800 732 7031, and spoke to a rep by pressing 0. She said they would cancel the "membership" and refund the $12. It's amazing companies allow this sort of corruption exist on their site... Great for business US Air!
