Calls everyday!!!!! Leaves message to call this number. Says it's not a sales call.

Yes this is a so called "Sears" Citibank number however I have never had a Sears credit card. They ask you to punch in your info, never punched anything in and they gave me a balance and amount past due. Didn't even know who was calling. It is a scam!

I called Citi-Bank and asked them to stop calling me. The 800-733-1116 is their collection number. A lady named Catherine Melbourne used my phone number for her contact information. The rep at Citi was very polite and understanding.

This is a Sears Mastercard call. I don't understand what CitiBank has to do with it.

Because Sears has to get the $$$ from somewhere

I am getting the same call.
Get the call from 336-522-8999 but tells me to call 800-522-8999.
However they never ask for me by name.
I've looked up both numbers.
the 336 number say its for Sears Credit card.
the 800 number if for Citigroup.
Says it is not a sales call. I have never had a Sears Credit Card.
I don't understand it.
The only thing I have with Citi is a car loan through CitiFinancial and my payments are not late!

truly annoying. would like to know where to report these people! I've been getting 4-8 calls a day.

I own NO Sears card

I own NO Citibank card.

I have no idea what they want

They say that I owe them $63.00 but the card hasn't been used since 2008.  Worse they called my mother's number but asked for my name and it is my Mom's card and I am an authorized user.  No sense.

Stop calling this attorney's office and hanging up.  It's very annoying.

Stop calling this phone#, it I an unlisted # and if it keeps up, I will report you to the Federal Government!!!!

Sears card is issued by Citibank...late payment

If you go to Citibanks site and look up contact information this # is theirs. Either you owe them money on your Sears card and are late, or someone else used your # as a contact person on thier Sears card application and you are gettting a call so they can track them down for being late on a payment..........

this particular number has been calling and need to know the company name.

My (VOIP) phone at work rang and displayed the number 800-733-1116.  I did not answer with the usual my name and company name response, but just waited a few seconds and said "hello."  They hung up without any response.

Best to get in contact with them as it may be evidence of identity fraud. The earlier you address this, the better. It also helps to get an attorney involved.

Called the 800-733-1116 number left on my cell phone, they said they had no record of my number, didnt know why I was called.  This was for Citibank Sears, and when they checked my account, card was no longer good as it has not be used.  So they can keep calling and won't answer the phone....  Oh they did say not a marketing call, BUT, I bet it was cuz my card was no longer valid and bet they wanted to reactivate it.  I told them to cancel and I was cutting up the card.

You are wrong, my card was not even active and they called me...
