the phone rings, a recorded message asks for you to call a number...no info on why.

called ID shows "not provided"
No Message

Called left no message

Called my cell no message. No one gets my cell no.???

Called and left voicemail (recorded message) that they are calling to "collect a debt". Interesting enticement, and while I'm sure they lead into a sales pitch for something, I didn't bother calling back.  

hung up after ringing me only once. odd.

Keeps calling me but doesn't leave a VM. I just called the # they gave me and they asked if someone in the household was over 50 y.o. to which I responded No and then they asked me if I wanted to have a WalMart gift card and to have my credit card ready. What kind of scam is this?

PHISHING. from other search sites, this number caller claims to have more than five to seven different business names none of which are RCI.  They are listed in white pages as Government Vacation something.  It's all PHISHING to steal your info and your money. RCI never calls me unless they have an issue and RCI ALWAYS LEAVES A VM MESSAGE AND EHAT CALLS ARE ABOUT. NONE OF THESE CALLS LEAVE
VM= NOT LEGITIMATE .

Reported on other searches as Fraud by FCC.

Spoke to caller claiming to be following up on email sent 6 weeks before. Says they are from RCI Travel, but I don't buy it. Hung up on them.

I was given a deal for  a trip in Myrtle beach for $1600, instead of $3990 but when i was talking to the person a message came across my phone stating likely a scam number. I stopped and put on brakes.

Called my cell phone and left a message.  I called back and someone answered as if they were a travel agent--very good scam.  I hung up before choosing one of their options.

Left a 2 minute long voicemail of a weird song. Very creepy.
