I recieved the Yellow card marked Final attempt.  When I called the 18007558329 they requested the 9 digit number.   When I asked for more information they got upset saying it was in refrence to Diamond Enterprises and hung up the phone after I requested the name of the Answering service.

I also received a yellow card stateing final attempt. I called 18007558329  and never could get a answer... Maybe Im better off it seems.....

I also received the card and got the same kind of treatment however I got two hang ups.  I called that number 209-472-9149 it was a message that said I had reached the number of the General Manager of Diamond Enterprise.  For customer service it gave me 800-576-6698.  I called that it was a message that they were closed but if I leave my number someone will call me.  Yeah!

I got this yellow card in the mail that said final attempt... I call the # and they asked me for an ID # and my name and refuse to give me any information... everytime i called they got upset when I tried finding information... when they called back they said that I am suppose to recieve an adult video from adult publications... then they tried to get my credit card #

I got the yellow postcard with "final attempt" marked on it and found out that it is a company called Diamond Video. I hung up the phone without giving any information and did some research to find out that are trying to scam people into buying pornography.

I called the number and they asked for my phone number and that someone would call me back .Someone called immediately and said I would be receiving a free xxx video within the 12 days.

Received a yellow post card as well.  Called the 800-755-8329.  Reached an answering service.  They took a message.

A young woman called me right back.  The number did not show up on my caller ID.  She asked for me by name.  I said this is Vicki speaking.  She then explained I was a preferred customer of ABC company.  Sorry, I do not remember the company name.  She went on to explain I was a preferred customer & that they would be sending me out my free XXX adult video.  I asked why I was a prefrred customer & then went on to tell me I was currently receiving adult videos & magazines to my home, which I am not.

I explained to her that the 800-755-8329 phone # is linked to several web sites dedicated  to telling people it is a scam.  She became quite irritated.  I told her this was a complete wastew of my time, not to mention a very shady way of doing business.  I told her to removed me from their mailing list as well as their call list.  She hung up on me!!

I called the # and gave them the info. However  I missed the call when they tried calling me back. Did anyone see any charges to their accounts? If so what number do you call to cancel this [***] service.

I Called the # as well, and i had no idea what exactly happened, but i got completely had myself, I guess it was because the lady I talked to was really nice, kinda sucks, and I've been calling around to get out of it, and after talking to a few incredibly bitchy ladies, I found out theres no way out ouf it, you have to go through it for like six months, I hope its 6, at the end it sounded like she was saying 60. If anyone else has been through this fully please let me know.

I received the same yellow card in the mail today, "Service Notice" and "Final Attempt" regarding my "special bonus video."  Upon further investigation, i.e. Google, I found the number belongs to http://www.diamondvids.com.  So, if you're interested in porn, apparently, they'll hook you up for $9.95 to cover the cost of shipping and handling (ha!).  If you're not interested, 86 is the number...

Okay I did a little more digging, and found out there out of California, where you can always cancel a subscription. THIS IS A SCAM. The CS # will not answer, I suggest calling the original number (1-800-755-8329) and telling them you want to cancel, and bring up the fact that you can cancel any subscription in the state of California. Otherwise call your state attorneys office, or Federal Trade Commission.

how the hell they get my name and address.  maybe i should go wait at the pmb mail box and wait for whoever picks up mail at pmb 266 in stockton ca and blast they ass..

Found out that anyone that has bought adult toys,dvds,etc through the mail will possibly get this yellow freaking card. It's a ploy to get you to buy adult dvds. And you don't have to have been the resident that bought anything,it could be the person that lived there before you or a friend or someone else that has giving your address or phone number out & think it's funny.So don't bother calling the number on the card unless you want to order XXX dvds.

Just got one of these strange yellow cards in the mail today and decided to google the phone # on the card.  Glad I found this site and didn't call the 800 number that the card told me to call.  These scams are a total crock of [***]. How did they get my address anyway???

They got your address when you either bought porn through the mail rather its anything from porn dvds to playboy magazine subscriptions if you have ever had anything sent to you that is any type of adult content material then this is how Diamond Enterprises got ahold of your address.

Yeah, you get this when you buy adult stuff.  I ordered from Adam & Eve.   I bought my girlfriend a nice vibrator, and some lube.  It was a good deal.  It's just a shame that they sold my information.....I got this yellow card at my billing address too, not my shipping address.  Weak.?

got a card a few weeks ago and decided to give the number a call but i'd always get voicemail which was really really shady to me so i didnt leave my name, number or confirmation number (or what ever that is). funny thing is ive never bought anything "adult" and had it sent over to me...

since i now have ignored the card, i just wanna know if i'll ever be bothered by them again (through mail or what not)
