This is Progressive Insurance (calling because my little sister's insurance is past due).

Same as all the others Progressive past due (for son-in-law). Only know because 1) i have caller id and 2) i rang the number back when i came home. It would be nice if they actually left a message, simply saying the premium is overdue for someone at said phone number (thus eliminating privacy issues) instead of nothing whatsoever.

Progressive---they never leave a message with me either.  They called a few times this week.
Doesn't seem very professional to me!

Progressive insurance past due,  funny don't have progressive for one two they don't leave a message and three they have called six times since 9am and it's only 1:16pm. I didn't know who it was so I didn't answer but I will be the next time and I'll be giving them a piece if my mind

Maybe progressive...but, I don't trust anyone who calls me and wants my credit card number...I always call back at the main number and pay it that way
