- Da Mike| 4 repliesI opened my cell to see the number and noticed 800-777-6116 and new it was BS and did not answer, no voice mail was left.
- Nissan| 2 repliesIt is me Mr Nissan calling to let you know that you forgot to pay for your car.
- Rick BorieHave been getting calls from this number but originally researched to American Fire Restoration in New York.
- Caller: ?
- Chris| 4 repliesNissan Financing (collections) Calls me every single day from this number between 7:15 and 7:30 a.m. at my office and leaves a voicemail or a blank message. I have never financed a car through anyone so I know this is not for me. I also had them check my name in their system to ensure there hasn't been any identity theft. I have called twice now and tried to get help to be removed from their calling list, and they tell me I can't be removed because my number is somehow attached to an account, but they can't look up an account by a phone number. So they just say "Sorry, just ignore the calls and messages."
But, I work for an agency that handles children's mental health emergencies and keeping my work phone line free of junk calls and voicemails is very important. I cannot block the number due to the way our phone system works. How can I stop the calls??- Caller: Nissan Financing
- Call type: Debt collector
- BOBI just refinanced my car and Nissan is still bugging me, The loan has been funded.Weird
- Caller: nissan
- NAthese idiots call me about 5 times a day and when i pick up there is no answer and they hang up. what is the point of calling if they are not going to say anything? my payments are up to date so i have no idea what they want.
- Matt Bieneman| 1 replyThis is a scammer pretending to be a debt collector. A real debt collector would not be repeatedly calling people who have no debts. It is a violation of federal and state laws. We have no debts and yet they have called five times.
- Call type: Debt collector
- Matt BienemanThis scammer continues to call. They have now called 6 times.
- Caller: Fake debt collection scam.
- Call type: Debt collector
- kcthis is a scam, do not give out your acct information, that is what they are looking for
- dgThis is a scammer, it is not Nissan or Infiniti finance. They call spoofing Nissan's number, if you call back you will get Nissan, but it is not them that calls repeatedly. If you answer you will get a scammer. Don't give out any information. It is illegal to spoof caller-id info, but they do it anyway. Contact the FCC at https://www.fcc.gov/complaints and report them if they continue.

- Gary AughinbaughI received repeated calls from this number on my work number. No messages are left but they call 5-8 times daily.
- Sam VegaI get these calls everyday. The first time I answered it and they said that i had not paid a car payment. They wanted to get my credit card information to take a payment by phone. I told them that my payments are automatically drafted from my bank. Then she hung up. I have answered twice after that and I tell them to update their files. But they keep calling. I reported it to my nissan dealer and he said he was going to report it. But they still call. I just ignore their calls. But it sucks to get calls everyday. Thinking of getting an app on my phone to block that #.

- ChristineAll I can say is thank God for everyone who posted! I have been getting calls from this number for the last two days now but they don't leave a voicemail. I figured if it really was NMAC then you think they would leave a voicemail informing me I missed a payment. I was really confused because my payments are automatically drafted from my bank account. Also, my husband has called Nissan before to make a payment and they have let him but whoever is calling from this number wouldn't tell my husband what they wanted, they just said it was "private". I also googled NMAC and 800-777-6116 is NOT the number they give for their customer service. That's what tipped me off to google the phone number.
- MeSo wait, is it real or fake, bc I set up auto pay on the site I usually pay my payment with and it never went through, I didn't even know until I went to the bank and realized I had xxx amount of dollars still there, then they called my work with this number and I called it back and set up payment, they extracted the amount from my account and as far as I know I am up to date and the mishap has been settled, but I'm still getting calls, why?
- duh| 1 replyit is nissan. they are calling because you are late. dont call them back just make the payment. all of the people saying they setup automatic payments, obviously something went wrong. handle it before they repo your car.

- WendyAll week long I have been getting calls from 800-877-6116. For 4 days, there was no one on the other end. Today (Friday) I heared a lot of background noise. Finally someone came on with a heavy accent asking for a name I couldn't pronounce. I told him he has the wrong number, that he is calling a large business and to take me off "the list". He then said he would as a "courtesy". Yes I own a Nissan, but I am not deliquent on my payment.
- MelissaThis number has been calling me repeatedly for the last 2 days. I screen my calls and never answer if there is no name with the caller ID (unless of course I know the number). I do not own a nissan and never have. I have not cosigned for anyone nor am I late on any payments, auto, mortgage or otherwise. They can keep calling, I won't be answering.
- SmokeScreenThis number is definitely a scam. I've received over 30phone calls in the past 2 weeks for my "Nissan's payment." I own an '83 Nissan, pretty damn sure itz fully paid off.
- Denver RayHere is a link to Nissan's web site..the number is listed as one of the more frequently requested numbers. It is Consumer Collections (less than 45 days delinquent) All you have to do is be one day late.
