A Paula called and left a voicemail saying to call back at this number.

But no business nothing....

Who would call back?

Well I had a Miguel leave a voicemail saying to call back at this number too. But the scary thing about it was he addressed me by my first name, maiden name, and married name!! Anyone have any suggestions how to get rid of these type of callers? I guess being on the Do Not Call List doesn't help much!

Unknown phone call from this number 1800-777-9929, no mesage left.

Calls 3-4 times a day.. when you pick up dead air.. when you don't they leave no message. but stay thier long enough to cause a message indicator.

Yeah, it's a medical bill collector.  Worst part is, I already paid and they still won't leave me alone.  What is asterisk? how did you use it to block their calls?

it so p----- me off at least 3/4 times a day, then if I don't answer it states "if you want to make a call hang up and dial again" then it gives a busy tone on my phone for about 3 minutes, then my ans machine beeps for about a minute,  so keeps your phone lines busy, I have picked up the phone but no one speaks, and try calling that # back it doesn't accept calls, I have threatened them a few times to stop!!!!!, but no one on the other side, I want to find them then keep their lines busy.

did they leave a company then?, I have no Med Bills, neither does my hubby, is there a name that you got??????, thanks

I think when the call comes in press Asterick a few times and it blocks your number and erases it from their list, I should have rememberd that, so lets try good luck

OK got the source of this #, it's for sure a Credit Collector, Medical Bill that of course is totally outstanding, I don't have, and the Supervisors' name is Anthony, I did call tah 800-777-9929, and WOW someone answered, so I told tehm take me off the list right now!, and he said he would, so......

I have received dozens of calls thru out the and evening no answer. This is some sort of harassment line.
I called it back and got a real live person. They promised to remove my number and never call again.
We will see !

I get this call from a collection agency for over 5(yes I said 5) years now, Once a month or so. I have asked to have my number removed countless time, but they keep calling. They are looking for someone named Albert(last name withheld) The last time(Nov. 15 2011) they called, I called back to get my number removed. The lady on the other end said she didn't have time to listen to my problem and she hungup on me. I called back and demanded she not hangup again. She said she would remove my number like all the others. I keep a notepad and record all the info I can get: Company, name, etc....
When I get a few more calls, I'll turn this over to a lawyer and maybe he'll get this harressment finally ended!

block this caller please,I repeatelly asked them to remove my # from there list,and they say angrily they will but they still keep calling asking for 'Syliva',so now i just let there call go to the machine but its annoying every other day or so,is there anything else i can do to stop there annoying calls

Don't no who it is, don't care who it is. Tired of these calls everyday.

So far this number has called several times and leaves one of the most stupid messages I have ever heard.  It starts out with "IF I AM NOT JOHN DOE, I SHOULD NOT LISTEN TO THIS MESSAGE" it gives be 3 seconds to hang up then returns with, "BY LISTENING TO THIS MESSAGE, I ADMIT I AM JOHN DOE" Then it give me 3 seconds to listen to the message in private and admitI am John Doe. First of all I have to be home to listen to the message when it comes it. I don't know if I owe these people or not but hiring them to collect a payment is a waist of money in itself.
