hello, they called me from 1-800-796-0596 and they asked me for monetary donation for St Jude Hospital for children with cancer  ( I have donated directly to them for sick children before)  They confirmed my address with me, but I don't have the funds to donate right now.  They are send1ng me something.  Is this a scam?

They called me and said they were from the Demacratic Ladies Society and wanted a donation of at least $25 for the drive they are having so they can send flyers to Republicans to stop them from ridiculing President Obama. I told her where to go.

They called me 3 times. All were late afternoon. All to my cell phone. First two times they hung up without leaving a message. Last time they left dead air for about 15 seconds. You could barely hear voices faintly talking in the background. I'm getting very unhappy with these people. I've been tapped before and harassed too! This won't go long until I email the FCC and their local police. We'll see how they like cold calling and wasting my minutes! I am on the national and state no-call lists!

This number calls us multiple times each day and evening.  It has to stop.  Often when I pick up there is no one there.  They do not leave messages and when I attempt to return the call I get a message that says they are not accepting calls at this time.

I am on a do not call list.  

I want to be taken off this list immediately.

Received a call four times in 48 hours.  No message left and I do not intend to pick up when they call again.

Received several calls from this number and they never answer or leave a message.  I am beginning to think the no call list doesn't work.

I got a call from this number and called it back.  you reach a recording that explains it all.  Fundraising companies are exempt from the Do Not Call list. Its MGS Communications for non-profit and political companies.

I have been receiving calls from this number several times a day.  I don't pick up and they don't leave a message.  The calls start coming at 7 in the morning and go on until 11 at night.  My husband just came home from the hospital after having surgery and he can't get any rest with these calls coming at all hours.
I picked up once, but no one says anything.

I have gotten calls several times from this number to my cell phone, always in the afternoon and they hang up before i even have a chance to pick the phone up. I think they hang it up when my ringback tone starts playing.

No one said anything, after I said hello several times they hung up.
