We keep getting automated calls from this number.  The calls are for someone who doesn't live here.  They say to hang up if you are not this person and if you don't hang up you are acknowedging that you are.  However, if you don't hang up you can't get the number to call them back and tell them to take you off the list.  How is this even effictive debt collection?

I have been getting calls from three different companies including this one even though I have no debts.  They all claim to be looking for different people whose names are unintelligible in the messages they leave.  The truth is this is a scam.  They are really after your personal information (name, SS number, address, etc.) to sell to other companies.  Don't give them anything.  They are hoping you get annoyed and write letters and call them so they can get your information that way.

they kept calling my number using my grown son's name. i finally found their info from google. Vital Solutions 3795 data dr, ste. 200 norcross, ga 30092 678-578-1020  i called and talked to mrs. robinson and told her my son was killed in iraq and he did not have any debts...she looked my phone number up and said it was under some other woman's name. so there system doesnt even work right at all. i told her she needed to fix it or i was going to the press! she promised to immediately take my son's name and my phone number off their list. let's see if this works. oh and my son has a different last name than me so that's no excuse.

A recording asking for someone I do not know plays.

I keep getting calls from this number on my business phone every few days.  A cryptic message from "Miss Giles" says she needs "a call returned to me right away."  Other Google research indicates this is a scam.

I live very close to this [***] hat, so I decided to go pay him a visit.
He is an old guy with a tiny office in a strip type industrial park. You know the red brick tinted glass kind of place. Bad for him, the front door was propped open with the carpet by the door, so I let myself in and walked around the dump until I found him sitting in front of his 17 inch GLASS tube monitor from the early 90s. It was so pathetic. I marched right into his office addressed him by name and before he could even get up, I physically slammed the cease and desist letter on his desk. He was quite shocked, and I think he thought I was a process server at first. Needless to say he was more than kind enough to show me the way to the front door mumbling something about the cops as a laughed at him. If his company ever calls me again I will take this matter to court as others have:

He don't have a single real picture on his website. It's all purchased stock photos. His business is a dump. I captured a little cell phone video in his office.

I guess that would qualify as proof of delivery!

This is some bogus "collection agency" that just buys up lists of names and addresses and numbers and sends out anything hoping they'll score at some point.  

Ignore, ignore, ignore.  They are bottom feeding sleaze and your best bet is never to have any interaction with them.  Hang up, toss and blow off.  Don't EVER give them any information -- they'll just add it to their database and use it to harass you even further.

We have no debt, outstanding or current, and they call non-stop.  No one who really knows me uses my land line anyway, so I let it go to an anonymous answering machine or hang up if I don't recognize the voice.

This company has placed over 70 calls to me since September 2008 looking for someone that has only my last name. Expect they got my number from some other company that was haunting me and stopped after I filed a complaint with the state. The can call all they want..my phone system can block their numbers and all they will get when they call is a busy. Before I blocked it message stated that if I was not the person they were looking for I should hang up...which I did and I still get the calls. Vital...you're wasting your time calling my number.

Well when Chris calls you just show up at his Frat House pinic with a beer and girls they have over on campus at the Alpha Zeta House or call all of his friends that sit around and make fun of us poor folks when they them selves muddy up the waters.  He is some investigation information for the world.  Christopher J Schuler in how he is listed on the Vital Soulations Documents with the State of Gerogia.  Notice the difference in the last name.   Also listed as Vital Recovery, Vital Outsourcing and by the way is a Business Outsourcing call centers to frekin other countries like India.  

Collection Agency Watchdog! GROUP We the People are sick and tired....You want a collection job, then collect from the forign countries that owe the USA money...not that is collections.

They have been calling our number ever since we moved here 4 years ago. At first it was not so frequruent this past year its been every day except Sunday sometimes 2x a day. I turned the ringer off and never pick up. About 3 to 4 years ago I did pick up they are looking for a woman I never heard of, told them that, asked them not to call anymore etc... Once when asked them not to call "I" was yelled at and told not to be rude??? Huh?  Very rude people and relentless! I thought about getting caller block on my phone but they have so many other lines would that work? Thinking about doing away with my land line all together just because of this scum bucket.  I mean seriously, 4 years of them calling who does that? and WHY?  I have never given them any info except that the person they are calling does not live here, but they keep calling.

Another post led me to a company named "Vital Recovery Systems" since I was getting 3 calls a day (8 am, 1 pm and 6 pm).  So I figured what the heck and called (678) 578-1020.  This is the number for the company listed by the Better Business Bureau.  I talked to a nice guy, asked him if his company was using the 800 number for robocalls to collect debts.  He said they were so I explained I was being harassed by 3 calls a day.  I had got the number they were calling about 2 years ago, had no idea who the party was they were trying to reach.  He asked for my number so he could take it off the call list.  I gave it to him and have not received any more calls.  Of course, when another company uses the same 800 number, the calls may start again.  No guarantees, but you may want to try it.
