Its a scam service. Punch the number into Google.

Received a lot of calls from this number stating they were from RCN.  Saying I was past due on my bill or had a pending change to my account.  Checked with RCN and they did not make this call.  Do not call them back.  It is a SCAM!!!

This number is RCN financial services phone number. It is not a scam.

I received a call from this number.  Said it was RCN in regards to some guys account who I don't know.  I have also never had RCN as a cable provider so they are way off base.

Received multiple calls from 8008090923 stating to give a callback because they owe money to rcn, but customer is not using rcn company

keep calling me, called back and started asking for my name, i wouldnt give it to them and they couldnt tell me why they were calling and said they cant take me off the list till i give them my name, said they were rcn financial services.  Even though they called me they said they dont have access to the account info from my number

i called them and had my number removed. they actually are rcn. it usually means that someone else had ur phone number with rcn previously
