I am to call the number back an ask for Jennifer.

I have been getting the same calls, actually messages on my answering machine.

I'm in the same boat.  Same lame message from "Jennifer" comes in every day.  I actually called to have them cease, they did not.  Next step is Attorney Gen'ls office.

They call and call and call. Good Ol' Jennifer is harassing everyone with a phone!

They are a collection agency.

Who is Jennifer and what do they want?

I called this company back this morning.  Must have been before they opened, their answering system says their name is Crossgate.  Luckily (or not) I have never spoken with anyone.  They have called everyday for about a month only to hang up on my voicemail.  Today I will be contacting the phone company for harrassment charges.

They would not identify the reason for the call

Request that you be removed from their list.  When they continue, follow instructions on this website to report them (if you are on the Do Not Call List): http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/donotcall/ 

Then contact the Attorney General's office in Washington, D.C. - 202-326-2222 to report harrassment and failure to remove your number.

NRA Group: That number isn't showing in our system. Can you tell me the number again?

NRA Group: That number isn't showing in our system.

Me: Ok, what's the name of your company?

NRA Group: NRA Group.

Me: What is the nature of this call anyway?

NRA Group: We are unable to tell you that, until we can identify who we are speaking with and can find them in the computer.

Me: What's your address?

NRA Group: (chuckles) Have a nice day ma'am! <CLICK>

Me: Called back again and got the mailing address from another "KIND" soul who offered to help me with a settlement, if I would give him my information.  To which I replied, "My attorney will be handling this."

I owe no one money.  My bills are all current and have always been current.  These people have absolutely no reason to be calling me!

I called them and ask to be taken off of whatever list I had been put on. The man on the other end of the line replied with, "Why would you want to be taken off?" (As if the incessant calls at 10am every morning aren't enough.) and I replied with "I'm not interested in whatever your offering." and, this is where his tone became very rude, he said "We're not trying to sell anything." I replied with, "Then why am I receiving calls?" and he said, "We're trying to reach Mr. and Mrs. XXXXXX", a family that has never lived in our house because we still frequently get mail for past owners, and I informed him of such. He said he would take me off the list, but considering he never once asked for a phone number, I don't think that will be happening.

Very rude and VERY ANNOYING.

Basically, this is a Bulk Junk Debt company or BJD.  They look for debts that are very old and inexpensive to buy.  The debts are usually beyond the statute of limitations.  So they hope to get people who are not aware of their rights.  So they try to harrass people in hopes of bullying them into to paying any amount they can get.  Report them as often as you can.  These types of companies are horrible.

Call from this number just came in. I had to look at the caller id to get the number. An automated voice left a partial message and a 'master#' to reference. I have been getting a ton of messages and calls for another person not at this number. I keep saying they have the wrong number and those finally stopped but this just began this morning.

Just received a letter from this group.  Not a phone calls (lucky me) but a letter.  It looked somewhat offical...anyway, I called the number (didn't give them mine) and spoke with Chris.  He wasn't rude...but told me how I owed a certain amount and today they are running a 50% off debt deal what would allow me to pay on half to settle this debt. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFO.

Same thing. I get messages daily from the number asking me to call Jennifer and reference a master ticket number. Frustrating. It happens sometimes after 9PM.

Same exact thing. They've been calling me for the past month, always at 10 am.  My husband finally called back, and they asked for an "Erica," and once he told them no one by that name lived here, they asked my husband for his name, and my husband promptly hung up with the man refused to identify himself and the company he was calling from.  Already registered a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry.
