ACS keeps calling when the loan is current.  Someone should report them to a government agencey for harrasement!

I have had the same problem.  Current loan and trying to expect payments now.  I just don't answer...you legally have six months from graduation until any payment is due.

ASC is harassing me too! They're automated calling system keeps calling even though my education loan payments are current. STOP THE HARASSMENT or I will start a class action law suite.

Yup: loan is current, I'm enrolled full-time, all loans deferred, my university reports my enrollment to them, plus I sent them a deferment form filled out by my registrar. I talked to the Department of Education and they said if it goes to default, Department of Ed. takes over the loan and will rehabilitate it once I provide the proper documentation from my registrar. They'll remove any derogatory items from my credit report. I'd rather have Dept. of Ed. as my only servicer (they already service other of my loans) so it looks like default is desirable as long as you have the cajones to go through with it.

Same problem here! They take forever to process payments (up to three Weeks from the time I send them) and even after they post the payment, they start calling about the next month that's not even due yet. I've even been paying more than my payment every month, yet still they call. Its ridiculous! I've been trying to consolidate it, but they won't sign off on the Direct Loans paperwork and keep saying they never receive it. I don't know what else to do.
