I JUST FOUND THIS AS A COLLECTION AGENCY.THOU THEY LEAVE MSG ON MA VM....I DON REPLY...COZ 1CE I DID every answer starts with this is a collection agency and all information will be used to collect debt. SO LEFT IT

This company keeps calling my number asking for someone with the same last name, (but not first name)  trying to collect a debt.  I have no information to give them about that person, but they don't stop calling, day after day, leaving messages on my answering machine.  My number is on the Federal Do-Not-Call list; does this not apply??

They continue to call opr corp office leaving partial messages on general voicemail system.  when contacted, they started giving me names of people that supposidly works at our office.  when told that none of them are employed with us, they seemed stunned and stumbled and didn't know what to say.  finally the man with the accent said he apologized for calling and would remove our company number.  we will see because i get 3 to 5 calls a days on the switchboard from this number.

I keep getting calls from this number.  I have repeatedly told these jackwagons my phone is a cell phone and I am charging their number $99.99 for the first three minutes if they continue to call.  I found a billing service that does just that and they ended up paying a larger paycheck to me than I could ever imagine.  I can't wait to see their accountants' expressions on this one.  LOL

the person had a very very strong accent - possibly Indian - and when I asked his name he said VINCE FRANKLIN which I am sure is NOT his name.

All calls come without ever leaving a message, if this were a legitimate debt collection they would leave a call back number and a reference number. They call multiple times per day and have for awhile.  I never answer any call that comes up without ID so they can call until hell freezes over.

this number has called over 10 times since the first of the year. I finally answered once because the phone rang while i was sleeping and the ring woke me up. I was asked if I was ******* *********, and I said that depends whats this regarding? and they said it was a personal matter and he could not disclose any information.

I said well, then in that case I know you're calling regarding a money manner, which means you think Mr.. M***** OWes you money, or you want to give him money. I do know that Mr M*******  can account for every single penny he owes to anyone on the planet, and he has never conducted any communications with the business name you have identified yourself as. SO do not call this number again,.

The op said okay well we'll just try to reach him again at a later time then...

My reply "uhm no actually you will not because it is the person who answered the telephone number you just dial who has just instructed you to never call it again."

Oh okay terribly sorry sir, I will adjust our records ad make sure you're not bothered anymore in the future.
