I have recived this for Keven McQuarter? Whi is this? I have recived this at least 1 time a month for 3 months. Is their a way of blocking this number from calling me again. ITts getting rude that Im wasting mt unit on a voicemail that dont conern me

These people are united collection Bureau they seem to be a legitimate collection agency.

I  contacted them at the 800 number and waited and waited the hold was long I thought it was a scam, it wasn't

How can I block this number from calling me they keep calling me from this number.for a micheal winker and its getting to be harrasing and annoying to me

I received a call from that number 1-800-860-4747 (UCB) and the man on the phone wanted my birthdate and SSS#.  I would not give him my information over the phone and he said he could not talk to me unless he knew he had the right person.  He said they had sent me a letter in the mail to an address that I have never lived at.  He mumbled something about what the bill was for and when I asked him over he said " you didn't hear that" so I'm not sure whether it on the level or not.   I'm not aware that I'm in collection for anything.  I am going to ignore that phone number from now on.
