I have the option of muting my ringer, and I never answer these people because I don't know who they are. But they call ALL the time! Today is Saturday and I have already received one call per 15 minutes all morning long. Since I will never answer this call, isn't it a waste of their resources?

These people have called several times asking for a person who has never lived here nor do I have any idea who this person is. I have repeatedly asked them to not call again, as it is a cell phone and I'm charged minutes. I wish there were some way that I could get law enforcement to shut them down.

Debt Collector

They call my office after hours - usually twice an evening, several nights a week;  never leave a message.  This has been going on for several months.  No problem, since there's no one here to be bothered!

800-861-4628 is a company called Cavalry Portfolio Services, and they keep calling my business repeatedly. They are clearly a collection agency, but they are looking for someone who does NOT work for my business, has NEVER worked for my business, and they even have the WRONG company name and industry for my business! My secretary has informed them numerous times now that they have the wrong number and that we just obtained this number a year ago. They have stated that the call is being recorded and that they will keep calling until they reach the person they are looking for. Reporting the calls as harassment directly to our landline business phone provider, the FCC.gov website, as well as to the Attorney General's Office in New York.

I got a call from this number asking for Ebony something. I tell them they've got a wrong number, and they hang up without apology. Debt collector? Yeah sounds like they'd be something like that. So rude.

I continue to receive calls from these people. I would feel differently if I had debt, which I do not. I owe NO BILLS and my utilities are all up to date. I don't even think it is me they are looking for. Surely this has to be illegal. It is annoying when I am on the phone with a caller of my choosing and the call in right on top of it.
