I'm getting two calls every night from this new number I just got from packet8.

Caller ID: 1-800 TO FLIRT
Caller: niteflirt.com

same as above trying to get me to press 1 to be charged $4 a minute to talk to con artists.  
I'm a girl I don't want to talk to skanks.  

How do you sue for harassment?

Contact the Consumer Advocate's Office in your area. You can also report them to your state Attorney General and the FCC.

Also, you can get a call-blocker to end the harrassment. A lot of them are free, and if you have a cellphone that runs apps, you might already have several that you didn't know about. See my post on whocallsme for (305) 918-2338 for more information.

Also, contact your service provider from another phone, or check your owner's manual to block incoming international calls, 3rd party and premium SMS. Scammers are using them to rob people. If they are not deleted properly they can send you back-to-back premium messages that can wipe out your credit or run  your bill sky-high. I believe this is the kind of message you received. Please do this right away, because there are a lot of scams like this and they are gaining in popularity. Also check your bill to make sure you weren't charged. If you were, ask your provider if they will reverse the charges.
