I didnt answer the phone but they called my work and said that they were calling from the Hudson County Court regarding paperwork I needed to fill out. I called the 800-864-6033 and got the SIMM Associates.

THEY ARE CALLING ME TELLING ME THAT THEY ARE CALLING FROM PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, AND THEY LEAVE A CLAIM NUMBER, AND ALSO LEAVE A NASTY MESSAGE.

they called my partners work, I did have a card from target that went belly up about 6 months ago

missed call. they didn't leave a message. i called the # back today and the recording said 'SIMM Associates'. not sure what they're calling about.

They misrepresentate themselves.

They left a message at my home said that they had a civil complaint and left a case number.

it is Sims Ass. they are a collecton comp and big [***]

They called me last night and left a message stating they were working on a case in Miami-Dade and needed to interview me. I was also given a case number.  I suspected this was not the truth since I have never been to Miami Dade.

I got a call from this number today with no mention of a name or company from the caller.  I called the number back since it sounded urgent and got jerked around.  I was told it was a government agency talking about something so serious it couldn't be divulged on the phone.  They even asked for a social security number which I refused to give.  When I repeatedly questioned what the business/ company was I was hung up on.

they called my brother and said i sold my business and wanted a new number for me it was from target bank card .. [***] 

Received a call from 1-800-864-6033 extention #2109 Said he was calling for my brother in law and needed to talk to him before the end of the day. Have no idea how he got my phone number. Now I think I know. Call my brother in law and told him not to call that number that I had gaving him.

I believe this is a scam and they are calling me where I work.
They have called twice that I'm aware of.

I receive threatening voicemail messages from Simm Associates, telling me not to erase the message and to give them a call back. They didn't go into specifics regarding the nature of the call, so I blocked their number. I'm going to start creating a paper trail so I can report these idiots to the Federal Trade Commission. This is unacceptable!!
