They were trying to get my phone to work remotely. When I originated the call (1st time 45 minutes) a recording asked if I would like to give feedback on their service. You bet I would!
While I was on a second call to TracFone after I hand wrote ALL of my contacts because they were going to wipe my phone...they called 5 times on my landline. I was not going to put them on hold to talk to a recording with them. After an hour and twenty minutes they deduced they could not get my phone working and so they decided to FedEx me a new one. Ok sounds good...EXCEPT they couldn't verify my address. My GPS can't verify my address. We live very rural and have had a physical address for maybe 10 years. Sigh.... I explained and TOLD them that BOTH UPS & FEDEX know where we live but that wasn't good enough.... so now they will send it to my PO Box which I don't check except for every 10-14 days because we live so rural. I figure it will be minimum 2-3 weeks before I get the new phone. We will see if they give me my minutes back that I've paid for already. So take heart it takes awhile for a fix on broken phones but it does happen.- Caller: TracFone

- Casey replies to peanutStraight Talk Wireless a.k.a. TracFone exit survey. I didn't do the survey,either. I had the same problem, service began in March 2014 and I just ended it today. The rep on the phone asked why I was deactivating my phone and I advised him if he read down through all the call notes he'd see the service I received was CRAPPY.
These people can't resolve service issues that existed from day one and you're lucky if you get a rep on the phone that speaks English. The man today that answered the phone [as near as I could tell his name is Genesis].
I think they're sufficiently aware that I am very dissatisfied with my service, not that they care in the least. - IlovemyDawgs1 replies to DaveGet this? They called me at 5:45 am and then again at 6:00 am-I blocked their number.
- jodiI added time to my daughters phone at 9pm. At 9;30, 9:47, and 10:16pm I got calls from this number and when they asked if I wanted to take a survey which I said NO to. So thanks straivbt talk for waking my kids.

- RNARCSafe link track phone are morons after sending me a new phone text messaging with pictures[ multi media ] no longer works. while 1 women was working to help me they hammered me with the survey repeatedly until it disconnected me from their customer service tech support to answer their survey.
I guess they want me good and pissed off, or possibly they want fcc complaint number 3 from me.

- L F TI had THREE phone calls from 800-864-7540 this morning - one at 12:30 AM - another at 12:45 AM - another at 1:00 AM!!! This is absolutely rediculous! I did not answer and no message was left. Who is this calling at such awful hours in the wee hours?????

- J. SmithSomeone called me from this number at 9:15 pm last night (7/30/15) and I don't appreciate it at all. My caller ID showed UNKNOWN. I do not accept calls after 9:00 pm unless it is a family member or friend. Legally, companies are breaking the law if they call before 8:00 am or after 9:00 am and that is why I am reporting this incident.
