Unknown Caller....  They called 4 times in a row and let it ring and ring and ring....

Its the United Airlines flight update line. It calls when there's been a scheduling change.

This is from United Airlines. They send out updates to your itinerary, seat upgrades, etc. from this number.

It is United Airlines calling with an update on a pending reservation.   The call I got was to give me a revision of flight time.

Its United Airlines calling regarding a schedule change.  :)

Unknown Caller....  They called 1 time

I have my Safeway (grocery store) club card linked to my UAL miles account. I got a recorded message on 2/25 advising me I had until 2/28 to re-register in order to keep earning miles. I didn't mind the call, but not worth my time -- United lost me as a customer long ago.

Message was United test call.

United Itinerary update

A group of kids are using the number to harrass people. Apparently they have hijacked United Airlines number

United Airlines called to advise of a schedule change to my existing reservation.

800-864-8331 is United Airlines automated flight update service.  When I made my reservation, I requested email and phone updates so I'd know about delays before going to the airport.

I don't think it was United--I don't fly them and this number called me 26 times in two hours (fortunately i wasn't at home at the time) and then never called back again.

Can you please page Mike Hunt for me? Thanks!

oooh...am I glad I checked this site. I was going to blow it off because I figured it was phone spam at this time of night. Turned out to be United, my flight was cancelled, and that was really important information...

Got a call from that number informing me about the delayed baggage that was lost on a United flight.

Got a call on my business line.  Left voicemail saying my United Mileage Plus miles were going to expire.  I have no idea what they are talking about.

United Airlines informing me my miles are expiring

United Airlines confirming the delivery to me of my lost bags.
