Malicious - Trying to verify your address

Pay your frickin bill and you won't receive a call from it

They call everyday, at least 3 times a day! They are driving me crazy, I am ready to change my number! Register for "Do not call" to prevent this..

They dont even have my correct name, they have called me 5 times today, and its only 1:15. And when I call the number that tells me to call, which is the same number that calls me. I get some guys voice mail, every time.. I have left a Message every single day for him. For the last 2 fricken weeks! How can I stop this maddness???

They say they are debt collectors. They annoyed my mother with calls 3 times a day for several weeks alleging she owed $24 to Terminix. Despite having paid $500 to Terminix and never receiving any additional bills or emails about anymore payments due. My mom paid the small amount anyway just to get rid of the harassing phone calls.

Thanks your information is great. We also have experienced Terminix. Some might suggest they are worst than the pest they pursue.

just a guess that  the poster identified as  "...."  works for a collection agency;  by 'tis' posts, it is apparent that debtors in general don't deserve common courtesies; so IMHO neither do the law abusing individuals that work for the bottom feeder collection agencies that don't adhere to collection activity laws, although those minimum wage CA jobs are tough to live on, (even with bonuses for collecting any amount)....  It's a tough time for many people economically, so CA are getting away with much more abusive ways these days. Unless consumers are educated about what is and isn't legal, it will continue. Report them! Put it in writing!

Daily harrassing phone calls.. Wont say who they are.

I got a call from this number 3 days AFTER I got a brand new phone.. NO WAY they could have known who I was so quickly
