Just got a hangup call from this number.  Voicemmail goes nowhere.  We are on the DNC list.  I wonder what about "Do Not Call" they can't understand.

They had better not call my business line again . I'm busy and they make me stop what I'm doing to answer the phone and then they hang up!!  $@#$%#$!@#%

I just recently got a call from this number to my cell phone.  They asked to speak to the person responsible for the Duke Energy account.  I asked them to verify which account they were talking about.  The guy started getting short with me and trying to get me to divulge some information.  Finally he said that he didn't "have time for this sh*t" and hung up.  Called the number back and it just goes to a voicemail system that lets you talk to customer service.  Of course, they never say a company name so no idea who they are or what they want

Received three calls today over a 6 hour period and they hung up each time.

I just called this place, various times, and as posted above, each time I would get the "customer service" or "operator" voicemail. I tried the other numbers listed and the different extensions until I finally got "Tracy Paula?" I asked to speak to the supervisor and she attempted to get him on the line but apparently he was busy. His name was Anthony. I did, however, get her to divulge the name of the company she worked for. She said it was "Consumer Sales Solution, LLC" and that her office was based out of Clearwater, FL but that they had many offices all over the country. I made small chat with her when she first picked up so that getting this information would be easier. Usually, when you ask them for info, they try to give you a "runaround" answer and never full disclose who they are. I'm posting this information on every website I can find. I hope this helps anyone on here.

Caller was from Spark Energy trying to sell their electric program over BGE.

I just got a call (3:00pm EST) from this 727 number and was told to call the 800 number regarding my BGE water bill.  Just as previously mentioned, the caller was representing Spark Energy, attempting to illicit my BGE account info to sell their electric program.  Of course the beginning of the call is very weird, not giving a company name, and pretty much as soon as I got on the line with an operator, they wanted my account info.  I don't trust this number one bit.

Constant calls from this number... Never anyone there, just hangups
sometimes 3 or 4 a day... I am on DNC list too
Same MO  when you call back recording press ext. or customer service.

Just got two calls in a row from this number while I was working with students.
(Ignored the first one, and they called right back)

Called the number back--did not divulge who they were. If they call again they will get an earful.

We have had 7 calls from this company in the last 2 weeks.  Never leaves a message or they hang up when we answer.  

This is a business line that they call us on and it takes time away from our clients.  We have decided to file a

1088D complaint with the FCC.

This is a scam to try and get you to switch your power company. They mislead you into changing suppliers. Illegal.

I have gotten 6 calls from this number just today. When I called back and actually got someone she asked me who handles my gas bill. When I told her I didn't have a gas bill, she hung. So, I have called them repeatedly for the last hour and every time she answers I ask her who handles HER gas bill and I hang up. Maybe if we bombard them with the same kind of calls they will figure it out. I too am on the DNC list and they are calling on my cell phone.

got a call on my mobile today. silence for ages then a computer says "bye" - and that was it!

An unsolicited fax from Dominion Retail dated 02/17/2009 # 727-733-8576 at 12:30p(no phone call) was sent to a church in CT stating:

The second page states many different things including that "CL&P will still be the supplier and they(Dominion)can lower their energy bill better than CL&P can."  

The phone # 800-919-8021 x391 and fax # 727-733-8516 are currently associated with Dominion Retail and looking into the matter further I found this particular phone number as well as many extention numbers(13) and contact persons(11) have been associated with an unbelieveable amount of different company names(last count was 18)including Dominion Retail.  I have checked on the BBB.org website and it states the company is registered there as satisfactory.  I appreciate all the info i have found here and will take the advice of those and look into them at the Public Utility Commission as well as the FCC.  Thanks very much!!

PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT ALL THESE COMPANIES....

I have recieved two calls at work 4/13/09 & 4/16/09.  On 4/13/09 the caller left the following message: "This is Trish Jenkins from Lakeshore Energy Services calling in regards to your natural gas bill.  Please call 1-800-919-8021 ext. 238."  They did not leave a message on 4/16/09.  And I have no intensions of calling back.  What a racket!!

These criminal began calling me on my Do Not Call number yesterday.  When will the FCC start doing their job and put law-breakers out of business?
