A person from this number did charge $95 on my visa.  Beware of this number.

I also got a carge on my Discover card.  Don't know who tis # belongs to.  Am calling Discover IMMEDIATELY

Notied a charge on my MC for $1.00 and this number was listed in the transaction description. WTF?

I also had a charge on my Discover card from this number for $126. Will be calling Discover to find out what's going on.

800-922-0204 is a valid Verizon number. However, it is a faked caller id number
The person will ask for social / birthday / account password. they use this info to gain
access to Verizon accounts. Once they have access, they view credit card numbers
that you may have setup to pay your Verizon account.

Someone called me telling me that I won free minutes on my Verizon account.   He sounded like he was from the middle east.  All I had to do was answer a couple of questions regarding my service.  Asked me a couple of lame questions regarding how I liked my phone and how I liked the customer service.   When the choices he gave me for how I liked my Verizon phone were "Good" or "Bad", It confirmed to me that it was bogus.

This is the number my husband's employer gave him to call Verizon about getting a discount.

To good to be true - but he fooled me with the valid 800-922-0204 # which Verizon still lists as one of their customer service numbers.  Simple question Verizon Survey and was told I could expect $65.00 credits on next bill for both our cell phones.

Just called Verizon  (same #) and got Anna at CS who changed my pin # so they can't access my account.  thinking about changing my credit # auto pay.  

Can't believe Verizon can't/won't stop these scams or at least send out a warning to its customers.

Just got the same call - and fell for it - and as soon as I hung up thought "that wasn't right" - Called Verizon immediately and pin#/access changed also. My account is flagged - she said "fingerprints all over"  - also suggested not a bad idea to contact bank and place flag.
It was reported to the fraud dept.
Said these seem to be getting targeted by area. Ugh.

I received calls from this number about four times over the past several days.  I didn't pick up.  Hey, Verizon, please deactivate this number.  Don't put the burden on your customers.

Just received a call from this number. Left an unaudible voice mail. The only thing I heard was $100. checking my accounts immediately

I just got a massage the I have to log at www.iamverizon.com to claim a 100 dollars gift card from verizon. I log it and my web browser warming that was a Phishing web site

Caller had static on her end of the line. She said I was a valued customer randomly selected to participate in a survey for Verizon Wireless. Her phone number was this 800-922-0204 number, which is Verizon's.

She asked about the quality of calls I'd received, whether I had delays in receiving texts from people with other providers, if I had calls drop off, etc. At the end, she said I could choose a $45 credit or 150 minutes of additional time appended to my account.

I took the credit, and she asked for the last 4 digits of my SSN, my date of birth and she wanted me to verify my zip code. I gave this information, but I thought it was pretty suspicious. Within minutes of ending this call, I redialed the phone number (it goes right to the Verizon main menu) and spoke with a customer service representative. The rep asked her supervisor about the situation, and the supervisor confirmed that it is a SCAM.

I have removed my billing account information from the website and have notified my bank about the situation. I am hopeful I acted quickly enough to block account abuse / identity theft. Still, this is a very frustrating situation. I feel foolish that I was suckered in, but the phone number certainly was Verizon ...

My CC was charge by 912$ by VZWRLSS*D7719-01 (800-922-0204).
I contacted the CC company and canceled the card.
I don't know VZWRLSS store/shop/company.
Hope to be refund by the CC company.

No message was left, but after reading this information I'm glad I missed the call. Remember if you log into a bogus web site they now have your account log in information and they will now be able to make changes to your account and get your billing info.

Received a call this morning.  Customer Rep left a detailed message regarding my brother's attempt to port a line out of our account and they needed my authorization (which I knew he was planning to do).  I called the number back and spoke with an account rep to complete the process.  Completely legitimate and no requests for personal information outside the norm.  My caller ID only showed "Toll Free Number" when they called.

I was given this number by one of their sales reps to call customer service just this morning, so it is a valid number. I am glad I was just testing this site and used this number. Will use my phone to call cs and not this number.

We got a double hit on this number 800-922-0204, and 480-496-7700. they come off as a legitimate verizon customer service phone number, but they keep asking for personal information and other phone numbers to call.They keep calling back and keep asking for another phone number to call and try and get information, we have blocked this number and suggest you do the same

I received a call today from 800-922-0204 and I am a Sprint customer.  I was away from my phone and didn't talk to them and no message was left.
