called on a Sunday June 29.2008 gave time to call back but no message and who they represented.

calling every hour for 2 days, asked multiple time to stop didn't help

CCS has called me and left many massages on my answering machine they filled it up.
They never left a name or number until today.
They said they wanted to help me please Patrick Page callus at 800 925-6122 and this was not a prank call that they could help me.

I called them back and asked for extition 9 the girl said are you Patrick Page I asked her what her business was and wanted to speak to someone about them calling me all the time sahe said if your not Patrick Page I dont have to tell you a damn thing and she hung up on me.
My hubby called on his cell and blocked his number they asked him to tell them what number was he calling from he said I dont have to tell you they hung up on him.
They have a PO BOX in Concord Ca 94521.
How do I get them to stop calling my business number.

Calls daily leaves no message...so what I now do is whenthe call is coming in I put the phone receiver up to the stereo speakers and crank the volume up. Hopefully they get the message loud and clear to stop the annoying daily calls.

If anyone knows an attorney, let them know that this Business could be sued for harrassment.

I keep getting different numbers claiming to be 2 different collection agencies (check care or cccs and some other name) one person left a very urgent sounding message to call 800 925 6122, ext 9 the people never tell there name, never transfer you and are making claims that I have this balance on my credit! It is 3 years old, and I have no record or owing my hospital. When speaking to my hospital, they gave a different collectikns name and number! I asked for a hard copy to be sent to me and they hung up. Another time I asked for a copy of the check and asked for a copy of their records and they said they can email it to me. Now, the latest call, they want me to deposit 75 dollars into the local B of A (Band of America) under a savings account (098270 2377). So suspicious. How can report them? I searched the numbers that pop up- and they are not listed. When I call the company number listed on line white pages- they have no record of me.....

I was getting these calls.  I saw on another blog that they are debt collectors?  I don't even have debt or ever had debt!!!  They are harassing phone calls!  My experience has been the same as the accounts above.  

I BLOCKED this number on my cell phone! I suggest you block this number on your home or cell phones.

I have spoken to a representative of this company and they are demanding payment to be taken out of my account and me not knowing who they are. I requested that they send me a bill but I was instructed they don't have too. I requested for manager or no more call back without letter bill.

I am reporting them to Los Angeles police department / they are big scammers

They call randomly and say that there is some suspicious activity on my checking account and to call immediately. They state that they are open regular business hours and they want to verify my account.

I received a call from a John Martin today regarding activity on my checking account and they are calling me regarding this activity. First, I am not dumb and second, they do not have access to anyone's checking account. Big Scam, don't believe it. I blocked their number.

Same scammer " John Martin" same as above leaves me a long winded message about a suspicious activity on my checking account bla bla… and asked to call back.

Deleted them and passed the info and this forum to my son, happens to be a lawyer, to harass them for a change. Poetic Justice.

I just got another call from this number and did not answer it. It's a scam. But they took money out of my checking account and it bounced. So now I have to go to the bank tomorrow. Who are you to take money out of my account????
