Many times I told them to remove my number from their database.
They keep calling like a nuts. Today's rep.(1-800-932-5028 Ext.3073) was really very rude.

I constantly get calls from this place. I have requested that they remove me from their call list, but they have not. They claim to be "MRS Associates," Collection Agency, for Ford credit, which I do not have any accounts with.

I'd like to know how we can file a complaint against these guys! They called me numerous times. Finally I had to call back and ask.. they claimed my number was never in their database, and they had no record of my name.. eh they had just called me less than 5 minutes before so duh my number is in their database. I asked politely that they removed it from their database and they said they would, yet they still haven't removed me from their database and will not stop calling! :( If anyone knows who it is, I'd like to know how to file a complaint and maybe set up an investigator to investigate into their so called busines( which I think is a scam)

Send them a certified letter + return receipt instructing them not to call you.  If the continue to bother you after that, you can sue them for damages.

I keep getting calls from this number and would like them to cease.
They are evidently some kind of collection agency and trying to collect on bills that are phoney.

They keep on calling me. Once, I answered and they tried to get my last name and my birthday. When I told them not to call me, they said they know I am not the person they are looking for, and hung up on me. I tried calling again and ask for a manager, but they hang up on me.

Menacing phone calls

received call and was put on hold with recording, called back and they said they can't find me in database but they could look me up by my SS#, yeah right.  Said they were financial agency, MRS Associates

call, when answer, they hang up.
