I've been getting calls from this number on my cell phone for about two months now. I get at least one call per day, sometimes as many as six. I stopped picking up after the first two weeks because every time I would answer there would be no one there. Not even a computerized message. I've had this cell number only since December of last year and I'm really getting annoyed.

I just got a call on a Sunday.  Voicemail said it was my cell phone company.  As my contract is up for renewal, I called back. Turns out it is ARL debt recovery out of Victoria B.C..  While I owe nothing I am certain that false representation and calling on Sunday is illegal.
