- Not DavidSometimes they call me over 6 times a day looking for David. I've never gone by that name. Anyone else get mistaken for other people?
- Not LateThey called me 8x on a Sunday for, get this, Friday was closing day & they added interest to my account which then put the account $42 over the credit limit amount. They hadn't sent out the bill yet so I didn't know it yet & the bill was not actually due until Mar 17.
EIGHT TIMES to start! I went online & looked at the account & made a payment through my bank's bill pay plan which would not pay until Tues so the calls didn't stop Sun even tho I informed them what I had done. All this on an account in goodstanding. Whoa.- Caller: Wells Fargo Financial Bank

- anglineThis morning I got a call with that 800 number 4 times within an hour. I did not answer one cause I don't know that number, after I found out, that number belong to Wells Fargo and I do not have business with them. So what I think is either they got the wrong person or a scam. 4/29/08

- Not Even Due Yet!!Call me about 10 times a day on my cell because a late pay fee took me over limit.When I reject they call 2 minutes later,literally.Al this because I' over the limit and bill isnt due for another 2 weeks!!!!

- Anonymsame story as above w/late fee...about 8x a day and on a Sunday!! I didn't think collectors were allowed to call on Sunday's? Even when you do take the calls, they don't stop. Augh!!!
- Ticked off...Over the limit of $30 and they have called my cell and work about every 10 minutes. My bill is not due for another few weeks...
- They're nutsI have a Wells Fargo account and have no problem that they called me once. But they called 6 times within two hours and didn't leave one message!!! And, they called me a couple of times after the bill was paid and the payment applied to my account.
This is not the way to run customer service. - CFHorrible company to work with!

AND I had already paid my bill!!!!! - RockiesThese people need to take a class in customer service. Some of the callers very rude they have NO idea what they are talking about. I get the feeling that they work on the quota system because once they relize you are not paying them with a check over the phone they will hang up on you.
But there are a few with there call center that are very nice and pleasant to talk to I know they still want the same result payment but they are more likely to get people to pay than their other employees.- Caller: Wells Fargo
- boeingCalled me 22x in 90 minutes on a Tuesday morning. I was talking with a representative when their auto-dialer called in on my call waiting. I have logged more than 60 calls from them between 8 am and 9 pm. When I complained and asked them to stop calling me, I was assured they would; which they did, until the next day.
Can't wait to payoff this account and close it.

- annoyedWhoever is calling calls constantly. I kept a record one day and they called 15 TIMES from 7:00-11:00 AM!
- Why AnnoyedWhy are you annoyed? Pay your bill. They are very pleasant on the phone. In my case, i has mis read a statement and underpaid. Whatever they case is. If you paid your bill, they wouldnt call you every 10 minutes.

- AnonymTo the poster 'why annoyed' - I think it's unnecessary for them to call multilple times in one day when you've already spoken to them. Are there NO NOTES in the account, or are they auto-calling robots who don't even take the time to look at your account like a human would? That's why people are annoyed. Many times in one day having the same conversation with the same company - that's annoying. Maybe not to you - but to most of the planet, that would be annoying. It is to me. They called here today 2x; I had the same conversation with 2 different people. When I asked them to look in the account notes, they hung up on me. THAT'S ANNOYING. I have kids, things to do, dinner to cook, laundry to wash, floors to vaccuum - for me to take the time, answer the phone, say the same thing over and over - is annoying.
