This is a call center that pretends to be calling on behalf of your electrical or gas company. In this instance they were trying to get me to switch my electrical service. Very aggressive and rude. Called me back when I hung up on them. Insistent, even ridiculing if you disagree with them. In Arizona. Direct number 602 516 1061.

I received a call from "Ben Purncey" (ext. 3372) stating that he was from Agway Energy and that he wanted to speak with the person in charge of decision-making.  I told him that they were unavailable but that I could take a message.  Then he proceeded to ask for the name of the person he should be asking for when he calls again, to which I answered that I did not feel comfortable giving names to some one who had no idea who they were even calling.  He went on telling me that he didn't have a name in the database so I told him he could just talk to me, but he refused to because rather than telling him that I was authorized to make decisions, I told him that I would speak with the person who was authorized.  He was very clear that when he gave me his phone number, it was solely for the 'person in charge' to return his call.
