this automated phone call, called 2x a day,  3x a week  I asked them to stop calling me when a got a person on the line, but now I do not get a person on the line but they keep on calling me.
What can I do????????????

Its perfered credit I get five calls a day frm them and 7 letters a week! Wat can I do! Signed concerned consumer!

So once you've told them to stop calling you & they still do, how do you report them? I've told 3 people so far to stop calling me.

Your best bet is to type out a "Cease and Desist" letter and mail it to them by Certified Return Receipt US MAIL.  That way you have proof they received it and they cannot claim they did not.  Verbally telling them anything will do no good.

File a complaint, read up on your rights, and also get a sample letter that you can adapt to your situation here:

I put them on my smart phone blocked list. They are hung up on and sent a message do not call.

Not sure who it is, but come on 12:39 a.m. That has to be illegal???

if you have a smart phone add number to auto reject list or block it.

It is preferred credit. Credit line company usually used for Kirby Vacuums.

Tho people call me at least 6x a day..I work late and they call EARLY;!!!!WHAT CAN I DO

put the # on your reject list on your phone. I get calls 2xs a day everyday also!
