800-983-1252

I didn't answer the phone because it was an 800 number.  The message they left was  27 seconds of a high pitched screech sound. Not like a fax machine at all.

I called the number back and it's Discover Financial Services

keeps calling and leaves no message

calls home and cell phone constantly . very irritating... 4 or 5 times daily

This number has called me 17 times in the last 6 days...they never leave a message. They call 2 to 3 times a day & the calls usually start before 9 am. I've added them to the block list on an app I use but I can still see that they called.

I never answer any number that is not in my contacts.  Why people pick up for these harassing calls is beyond me.

Why do these [***] at Discover keep calling me?

I hate Discover.  Stop spam calling me.

It's discover for a loan or credit card you may have missed a payment on. They didn't receive our payment for some reason. Glad they called!

This # is from Discover. Possibly to collect payment or advise of some promotion

This is not discover and in fact is a 3rd world country scam who apparently has attained clients of discover loans!!! They call you and usually hang up. You then call them back and they answer, "discover" followed sometime by your real name. They then immediately ask you for your account #, full name and/or the last 4 of your social security number. If you give them any of the information they request they will use it to hack into your financial accounts and cause havoc by steeling funds from your accounts. Best to not call them back, block their #, and never answer their calls!

I have been getting calls. After some research, it is NOT Discover. It's a scam to get your info for hacking into your financial accounts!! I pray it didn't happen to you!!

got a call from this 1 800 983 1252 he said joe i said where did you get my name he said joe  and my last name this is in reference to your account you owe 145 dollars and 25 cents on your loan my account was paid off in November 2017 ,i said send me a letter and hung up the scams are out there just smell the oder over the phone.

repeated calls. no messages left. several times a day. if you do answer it is someone over seas.

This number is from Discover Loans collection department.  They are calling me regarding late payments.  I have already filed for chapter 7, so they are violating the cease & desist letter faxed to them by my attorney.  I am keeping a record of their calls so they will be fined.

This 1-800-983-1252 has repeatedly called, but no message and no response when I said hello. I have it listed already in scam calls.
