I called the number back and it was a Capital One message.  DEBIT COLLECTION

They continue to call my home looking for my ex husband.  I have given them his number and they continue to call.  Been advised by my lawyer to call RCMP and have them charged with harrasment and BBB.

I've been receiving calls 6 times per day from
this phone number! Ridiculous! You can't call someone more than once per day this is harrassment!

Been recieving this call 6-7 times a day.  This is getting brutal, it needs to stop now.

This caller has made 6 calls to my home. Finally I picked up and answered. It was a debt collector for Capital One.  

When I would not give our personal information over the phone he became rude and started yelling and saying he could call as many times as he wanted.  He was brutal and I am still fuming. How do I stop this harassment and charge the caller?

this number wont stop calling my number non stop. I never answered it and plan too. I never even talked to this company before so i have no idea why they would be calling me! ugh so annoying

I am tired of Capital One calling me and deeply regret ever having one of their cards Thoe I cancelled my card sometime ago I  still have to make payments untill my card is paid off and now i owe just over a 125.00 if I miss two paments i start gettings calls    from them and letters telling me i missed more than one payment, i am so fed up of this ,it is not even a  large debt .

Actually you have to speak with them to count as contact.  If you never answer the phone, they can call as often as they like.  Once you speak to them, they can't call back for 3 days.

Sounds like this is a 'scam' and may not actually be a call from "Capital One the credit card company.

Capital One debt collectors. I do owe money, explained my changed work situation and asked for a payment solution, to no avail. No help so they can recover payments & I can save my credit, they just want all money owed, PRONTO. So now I just put them on Calls Blacklist. Since they call illegally before & after standard business hours, up to 10 times a day, they can suck my debt. I won't pay criminals.

This number calling me everyday. I finally picked up once and they told me they are looking for my ex-husband. I didn't asked why? Told them to google his name and they will find his cell number. Then I told my ex-husband to call them and asked to stop calling me. He said it's a credit bureau and asked me to finalized our separation agreement so I won't get affected by it.

It keeps calling my cell.  It seems some kind of scam from what  I read on the site.

This number calls several times a day. When I pick up..they hang up. Today avwoman finally spoke..asked me for some woman's name. I instructed her she had wrong number and she rudely asked how long have you had this number..I said FOREVER!...and she hung up.

they keep calling my office number (which we've had since 1978), we don't have a capital 1 credit card, never had a a capital 1 credit card, and never had a master card from any issuer, so just bottom feeding scum.
