    Just received a call from them BUT the caller id showed a local cell phone for my area (321).  They left a message "Kelly Smith" from Concergen??? Collections.  No idea who they are

    Called me asked me push #1 to identify myself as Katrina Wiley then they put me on a long hold and hung.  I called back to the number and they had an automated message saying hold then I stayed on the phone holding and they hung up.
