i been trying to get in contact with your company about a product i did not order and i want this removed or cancelled of from my banking account

I ordered a trial size bottle of colon cleanser and all I had to pay was the shipping cost of $4.95.
To find out as of today 3/21/08 they have been billing me $89.31 amonth for this product. They said since I ordered this product with my credit card that they activated my account to take out monthly payments witch I never new about or authorized! Also they have been sending me bottles of the colon cleanser without any statement about this product regarding cost of product. No bill of sale???
I contacted company and spoke to Cindy at 801-208-7485 and as of today I cancelled all transactions and she gave me a cancellation number. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges of $89.31 charged to my account for February and March 2008.

Ok so I ordered the trial size bottle and all I had to pay was $3.95 and I come to find out 3/29/08 hat they have taken out of my checking account $89.31 and This coming monday I am calling and making sure they're putting that 89.31 back if not they are going to get a big lawsuit slapped across there face. I also am going to call my bank and ask that this transaction be cancelled and denied because they did not verification from me stating that they can withdraw the money from my bank account. Futhermore I agree with Robert Dust they don't give you a full description on what the product will fully do. I f your thinking on ordering it don't!!!

This company is scamming people and need to be brought out of business, since they do not send you any statement or bill or product when charging your credit card. So far me and my wife desperately tryinmg to rech anyone, but all we have got so far was a voice mailbox, that is constantly full, or you call is put on hold until you give up or the phone line got interrupted and you may start all over. Yesterday I was on hold forever and then a recording came up, that it is now after there business hours... Every business tells you "Thank for calling ..." with the business name, but not them. This already indicates fraud. Amazing that the FBI is not on their tail...

this company will be getting a lawsuit slapped in there face by me and will be reported to the better business borough. i have had the same issue with this company getting charged 89.31. i will get my money back.

i ordered this product almost three months ago and they just sent it to me today which is 6/06/08.I didnt recieve any information with it so now i am really afraid that i have been ripped off too.My bank account has been coming up short the last couple of months but i didnt think they would have  billed me without my permission.Thanks for the info about this company!

they charge me 89.31 too but no product sent to me either

I did the same as all of you.  Called and spoke with Alicia at 801-208-7485 on 7/07/08, she also gave me a confirmation number for refund and said it would take 3 to 7 business days.  It has been well over that and still not refund.  Now when I call, My call will not go through.

What a sham!  Ordered the trial bottle and began receiving bottles no invoice no statement, nothing.   When I called (I was caller number 104 - put the phone on speakerphone and waited almost 43 minutes) she said to bad, it's in our Terms.  After arguing with her I was finaly given a cancellation number and they will credit my account.   Never had this happen before on a trial of anythkiing.

If and when you get to speak to someone they are so mean and rude!
I just flipped on some girl and she just said well too bad you should read the fine print!  Whatever!  I bought a $3.95 trial bottle of pills and that is all I signed up for! Not recurrin shipments pill that cost $89.31

I have been working on getting my funds applied back to my CCard for 6 months now. Originally I signed up for the "free" trial offer which includes paying $3.95, then I received the trial product and cancelled over the phone. I thought I was done with this company and did not think that the product had worked for me personally. Then when I was viewing my on line account I noticed an unfamiliar charge, once I looked it up I realized that I had been charged $89.31 from Extreme Acai Berry. I immediately contacted their 1-801-208-7485 # and explained that I had already canceled but still was charged. The representative advised that she would credit my account only after offering to send me additional products. I declined. I then received the product that I was charged for and marked return to sender. I waited a week and still had not received credit then called again. I spoke with a "manager" this time named Monica who advised that she would credit my card and gave a confirmation # even. I still never received a refund and shortly after this I received an additional charge of $89.31 to my credit card and a new shipment of the product which I returned. I have called and written and e-mailed this company several times and will not stop until I get a complete refund minus the initial shipment fee for the free trail that I did use.

First I was frightened that this was happening to me too, but now I am just plain MAD to think that all of these people have been scammed.  Whey would Rachael Ray & Ophrah allow their names to be used on such a horrible company's product, that doesn't really do anything anyway.

If no one ever files complaints the authorities will not catch them, they are working with different products and a couple locations 8887717030 is another #
