Been calling every day 2-3 times a day for weeks. The first couple of times I picked up and got only silence. After that I've been ignoring it. They never leave a message. Filed complaint on DNC list. If I ever do find out that it is from BoA or anyone else I do business with, I will be on the phone pronto to that company to express my total displeasure at this extremely annoying practice.

Hey I got a call from (801) 257-6155 and did some playing with numbers and got the same company at 801-257-6153. It was the help desk. Try it and see if you can get help that way. They said it was a call center for Taco Bell, McDonald's, and lots of other places. I don't think they liked that I got that number. Oops! I just hope it stops the calls. Good luck.

Have been getting calls from this number several times a week. Because we have caller I.D. we never answer the phone. They never leave a message. This is very annoying.

Calls from this number started about a week ago, no message. We never answer the phone unless we recognize the caller. No idea who they are or what they want.

I called, an answering machine said that were TELEPERFORMANCE USA.
They are a GIANT company that does outsourced service and support calls -and apparently- telemarketing.  
Teleperformance USA 1991 S 4650 W, Salt Lake City - (801) 257-5800  They have several other locations around Salt Lake City too.

I suggest everyone on the Do Not Call registry file a complaint with them

I see this number on my caller ID and since I did not recognize the number I did not answer.  I reeceive a call 2-3 times a day and they do not leave a message.

To get your number removed from the call list, you MUST TALK to the rep at 801-257-6155.  You have to give the rep your phone number, and it can take up to 30 days, just like with the Federal DO Not Call registry.  Yelling/screaming/swearing/threatening will get you nowhere with this rep.

How can you get your number removed fm the DNC list & talk to a live rep @801 257 6155? Let us know when someone ever responds to the callback. There's nobody on the line but-- like clockwork (or is it computerized?) they call our tel 3x a day at least! Very annoying! & all the more that we don't p-up tel since they don't hv the courtesy to lv a msg.

When you dial this number, the rep can help you.  You do need to give her your phone number to have it removed.  This is a switchboard, and the rep has NO INFORMATION ABOUT YOU.  The rep DOES NOT make out-bound calls, and IS NOT the one who called and hung up.  The rep can let the supervisor know if you were treated rudely.  Again, you have to provide your phone number.  
Feel free to yell--the volume control works great.  You'll still get helped, but the rep will not be so nice after she is yelled and cussed at for something she didn't do.  Continue to hang up, also--it's one less jerk the rep has to deal with.

Apparently this company is supposely calling for other companies that you are doing business with is what they told me. But they wouldn't talk to me they had to talk to my Husband with is funny cause we are listed together on all of our accounts.

If you want your number put on our Do Not Call list, you need to call 801-257-6155 and tell the rep your number. You are calling a switchboard, and the rep has no information about you. If you tell her your number, she will remove it. It can take up to 48 hours, but it WILL BE REMOVED. The rep did not call you--how could she, when she answers the phone all day?

Teleperformance has been calling me at home even though I'm on the DNC list. I called them at their (801) 257-6155 number and requested to be removed from their list. A nice lady removed my home number and said it would take 48 hours.

I picked up their call before checking this posting, and did not ask the lady to remove me from their list. I called them back at 801-257-6155 and asked to be removed from the list. The lady said it would take 48 hours to process the request.

its a call center for motorola customers! I am on the line with them right now

They handle multiple companies so they may be trying to sell you [***]

They have called twice a day every day.  How annoying!

I got a recording telling me they are not open. To call back after 9:00 AM Mountain Time. If they are not open untill 11 AM Eastern Time, why are they calling me at 9:30?

If they are going to call out before they are open, they should receive calls that early also. Why sould I have to try and remember to call them two hours after they call me to have my number removed?

I have been receiving calls from this # daily, the one time I was home to answer it, there was a delay and then a voice telling me that " I better leave my home because the FBI was tapping my phone line" at which point I hung up. What kind of company uses that kind of pitch for sales? Im very pissed off and will break ties with any company I find out is using this service... and I will find out who is, its my job.
