Got a call from Mia Clark claiming she was from Federal Financial. I have alrady filed a complaint with the FCC so they have it on record. These idiots seem to use different numbers but same company name. I read off all the codes they have violated. Mia's not too bright self stayed on the phone! I hung up on her. The other number they use is 801-676-8709

Call from Federal Financial Group. Explaining they will be sending me a scratch ticket with a guarantee win of a Ford Focus.  What a sham.  I allmost want to listen to the whole message.  This is hilarious. Anyone gullible enough to fall for these things deserves to lose all their money.  No victims only volunteers.

Got a call from this number today at work. They told me we were selected to win a scratch and win ford focus or something. The guy who called had a middle eastern accent, so I asked him repeat himself. He started to, giggled, and hung up on me. I called the number back and it goes straight to a voicemail. Definitely a bogus number!

Received a call from this number which is to my business and the person was trying to send me a scratch off card and I could win anything from 2500.00 to a new car which is B.S.! I have customers coming in all the time and had a couple in front of me and this person would not let me go so I hung up on him. About an hour later he called back saw the number on the caller ID and let it go to voice mail. Who are they and how did they get my number?

Someone from this number called saying that we had won a G Security system worth $1,200 and wanted more information from me.  I asked to speak to their manager, who claimed that they were not selling anything and so were exempt from the Do Not Call list.  Refused to provide an address for his company, and when I said, "and you want to present yourself as a reputable company" he hung up.  Reported to FCC as a violation of the Do Not Call list.

When i called the number they called from was identified on phone message as IMS, a financial services company.

Well, these same folks called me the day after the above incident, and another time today.  On both times since my first request, I requested my phone number to be removed from their internal call list.  After every one of the calls, I also called back the number on my caller ID and left a message requesting removal from their list.  Yesterday's message indicated that if they called me a third time, they would have a very strong response from me.

I filed two additional complaints with the FCC, the second and third time noting (correctly) that I had repeatedly requested that my phone numbers were removed.

They ARE selling something - the monthly monitoring of the security systems.  So this IS a violation of the Do Not Call List.

After today's call (and filing my third FCC complaint), I kept repeatingly calling back the phone number with a string of frankly abusing messages.  I figured out that you can skip the message and go into a real voice mailbox by pressing 132.  The first time, which interrupts the phone call, says it doesn't understand, but it requests an extension number.  So call that number.  After leaving another 10 messages on THAT extension, someone finally picked up and directed me to the manager.

I spoke with Larry Sheffield, who is a real manager (not a call center manager).  He was upset at my experience and told me that he had hired a contract telemarketing firm to do thee calls, and that they had claimed that they checked all phone numbers against the FCC list.  They were ALSO supposed to update their internal lists.  They did not and Larry said that 'heads will roll'.

Be sure to get the manager's names if they call, then clal back and use that extension to speak directly to Mr. Sheffield.  And, report every violation with the FCC.  It's going to cost IMS aka Federal Financial Group aka Secutiry Networks plenty once we get enough complaints filed.

Lucky me, I also won a FREE GE Security system...  They have called several times (as Federal Financial)  He also said they are exempt from do no call because it's free...  Except that I have to pay a monthly fee...

    Reported them

Well, obviously Larry Sheffield at IMS is also a liar.  I got another call from their telemarketers today - fourth time now.  Agent's name was Brian and manager's name was Prince.  I called back and this time spoke to Teresa at extension 211.  Larry was out of town for the week.  She assured me today that they would take action.  But I do not believe her.  I am leaving plenty of abusive messages on Mr. Sheffield's extension.  Hope he enjoys it.
