an abrupt voice said you have a litigation in this office if you want to speak to a mediator, then nothing else happened stayed on line for someone to come on and after a resonable period of time I hung up

Dont answer and dont call them back. They are doing fraud- record and keep everything they say or leave on your recording. Contact a laywer and sue them for unlawful practices.

Voicemail "This is Alex Max with Mediation Services. You have a pending case in our office that requires your immediate attention. It is imperative that I speak with you or your attorney of record today. My number is (801) 317-1779. If I do not hear from you or your attorney today, I will document that you have waived your right to counsel and submit your case. Govern yourself accordingly."

Pretty sure the tactic trying to be deployed here is beyond illegal and I am reporting them to the FTC.

I received the exact message you posted about 8 hours ago.  When I questioned Sabastian King he quit responding to me questions and just kept repeating the same false information and then we were disconnected.  Its a total scam.

When I tried calling back it goes straight to voice mail.  Left message yesterday that this was a scam.

Received another call today and when I tried to answer they hung up.  Total scam.

Thanks, I was pretty sure it is a scam, as I have had these things before, for one thing if it is a true debt collector they don't threaten you on a message. I don't have any debt that hasn't been paid and am happy that you confirmed my first thought. I will also be reporting this as well as filing a complaint to my State Attorney General , and also to the FBI they have helped in the past to search these scams out and stopping them. Most come out of Florida and are a front for India, and other Countries.
