called and a woman asked for Christopher...hung up when I tried to tell her no Christopher here....I suppose they are just compiling a list of numbers where people answer to sell to someone

Got a call from this number and picked up before thinking to check who it was.  A woman asked if the lady of the house was there and I said - that would be me.  She went on to say that she was from market research and would not take up my time and hung up.  Being vacation season, my first thought was that it was a call to find out who if anyone was at home prior to breaking in.... but it's a Salt Lake Ci UT.  Another website has a posting that says this call is from a company distributing 'family friendly films approved by the Mormon Church'.   She must have decided I was not a good prospect.

I just got a call from 801-410-1819.  The woman asked for the woman of the house.  I then asked who's calling?  Next thing, she hung up.  I did star 69 and got the number.  Who are these people?  Are they a company?  Both my first and last names are very, very common and boy do I receive calls.  I am totally fed up, and asked that my telephone number be removed immediately.  How can these people be stopped?

I did not answer the phone, but had the answering machine trick the caller to speak, and she asked for me by my first name.  I did not pick up the receiver to answer.  The caller was annoyed there was no response to her greeting.  The caller left no message.

Just got a call from this number,a lady asked for a guy and when i said noone by that name lived here,another lady came on asking me about kids and grandkids living here,i hung up,She Called back and said she was doing a survey on the children I asked who she was and she hung up.I amnot answering any more calls from(801-410-1819) Salt lake City Ut

dont list your number.your name.nothing.im sure theyll go back to check this page.just say [***].we are contacting bbb to sue your ass.on here!and file 3 complaints in paper and you can no need for there name just there number

Called asked if we have kids under 15 said yes. Caller said another company will call to do a short survey on family friendly films

I called this number back 2 c wat it was about. they said it was for a survey on family friendly tv & movies. they ask ?s not distribute Mormon approved movies. im a "Mormon" as we r nicknamed. but yes i am with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, & we watch normal movies just like every1 else. most of us dont watch R ratted movies, b cuz of all the language & other things we dont want our children 2 c. Our Church does not use outside companies to distribute the movies that the church makes. they give them away thru missionaries & Mormon adds. It would never b our place 2 judge u as a good prospect or not. that is based on wat is in ur heart. so if u would like 2 decide 4 ur self if u would like 2 receive  L.D.S (latter day saint) videos or anything else pertaining 2 Christ u can go 2 mormon.org or lds.org. & check it out. lds.org is a more official site. u can even get a number 2 call if u want 2 talk 2 a missionary.

my answering machine picked up and i heard a woman's voice say my first name and when the machine beeped she just hung up. TELEMARKETER is what I think!!!!

Simply call back and the recorded message will give you the option to be placed on their Do Not Call list.

Just got a voice mail from this number some very errogant guy claiming my ex wife has been served. Have not seen her in years and she lives in another state.

I get calls several times a day from this number 801-410-1819 and no one ever says anything except for this last call when they asked for me. I suspect this might be Portfolio Recovery (collection Agency) notorious for routing their calls through other legitimate numbers. I also get several calls a day from them and some that simply say unavailable.
