This guy calls everyday 4 or 5 times a day. He calls himself Thomas Scott or Mr Krieger. He is very harrasing and threatning. Wants to know if Iam very scared, because if Iam not I should be.HA HA!!
I turned the call over to the NSA. HE PICKED A FIGHT WITH THE WRONG PATRIOT!

Just got a call from a Mr. Mitchell saying that I was going to get served at work next week.

just got a call at work from Michael states he will be garnishing my wages and serving me papers at wrk....

these people call me every day, even though I have faxed them prrof of bankruptcy to the # they have provided 3 times....they continue to harrass me, maybe it's time they got sued......

Just got some calls as well, it was a woman from the US. So its not a foreigner this time! They say I owe $700 to PAYDAY-LOAN-YES, and they will sapena me if I dont pay by today? Should I pay them? The lady gave me a number to call her back to make a payment at 1-800-654-7444 ext 848... Real or fraud? We did get a pay day loan a looong time ago and wife says they had already been paid..

But want to help get all these guys shut down, so I figured I would tell what happened to me as well incase anyone else has this problem

I just revived a call from this guy making all of threats and how they are going to garnish wages... Oh, my I live in TX and there are no garnishments unless you owe child support or the IRS.  Try something different dummies... The collection calls do not scare me at all.  All I can say is add it to my credit because other thatn that there is nothing you can do...

They say it is payday loans looking for Stanley.  I have been telling them that they have the wrong number but they keep calling.  One rude lady just hangs up on me when I try to tell her its the wrong number, one time she argued that she had the right number and she knew it!

The number originates in Utah.  I COULD be wrong, but I think it is an attempt to collect a debt not owed.  Let me rephrase, the debt owed is $290.00.  At last communication, earlier this week, they are saying it is over $600.  This is more than likely connected to Payday-Loan-Yes.  An online money shark who desposited funds into the boyfriends account without him speaking w/anyone, signing any papers, or agreeing to any terms.  That, along with the fact they are not licensed in Illinois, has made for a sticky situation...for them.  IF this is NOT Payday-Loans-Yes, my apologies, but I do believe it is.

Keep an ongoing record of dates, times, names, threats, etc.  You can sue for, I believe, $5000.00 per incident.  A paper trail is a MUST.  We have been asking for three weeks now for a PHYSICAL address where we might send payment.  They have never provided one.  Also, the boyfriend has told them to talk with me, they refuse.  He is a 100% disabled Vet and prefers to let me take care of such things.  Good luck!

I would refuse to pay ANYTHING unless they provide you with a PHYSICAL address, NOT a PO Box number.  In the meantime, call your state Consumer Protection office and tell them what is going on.  Find out if these people are even licensed in your state.  Another thing, make THEM show proof of debt.  Good luck!

THIS COMPNAY CALLS MY EMPLOYER EVERYDAY AND I HAVE FILED A CHAPTER 7. THE OPERATOR CALLS AND SCREAMS ON THE PHONE, THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED IMMEADIATLEY.

different people keep calling me from this number ststing that i owe them money. wont give me specific details about what i owe. this is getting to be rediculous i get 3-4 calls a day from these crazy people.

These people call EVERY day and ask for one of my employees. I explain to them that she is not authorized to take calls at work and they are calling my business cell phone. They call me a liar and refer to me by the employees name. I have repeatly asked them to cease the calling but they refuse. Today I told the caller, I was recording the conversation and he said GREAT! They had a signed contract that stated they could call this number. They dont have My signature!
