Lower interst credit card offer.  When I said "not interested, take my number off the list".  He said "People in Massachusetts has no brain" and hang up.  like a child.....

Automated message said card services requesting to lower my credit card interest to 6.9%. The person hung up after I said I did not have more than $3,000 in credit card debt.

Called my cell phone and my house phone and I am on the Do Not Call list for both numbers.

had a VM notification and it was a hang up.  Searched the number to find out it was these yahoos.  Exactly WHAT GOOD is being on the DNC list??

Call... Automated says, "This is Card Services... We will lower your credit card interest, press 1".  When you do so, you get a person. THIS IS FRAUD. They offer to lower your interest rate to 6% and want you to call the credit card company, enter your card number and pin while they listen, all to "verify."  Don't fall for it. THIS IS FRAUD. And, they are spoofing callerid; the phone 801-520-1980 is innocent, probably not a working number.

I dialed the phone number and got a weird error tone.  Reverse lookup seems to show the calls originate from Salt Lake City but that may be spoofed, too.

I got called by this thing a set of times over a week timespan - so far...

So annoying, I keep getting these calls that start as a recorded message to my cell phone, first I'm on the do not call list, 2nd don't give you an option to remove yourself, so you have to press 9 to speak to someone, when the guy answered I said take me off the list and he hung up on me.

got this call, did not answer it as I did not reconize the number and looked it on online, what do I find? that it is liying people trying to steal.... well in a way, that is what fraud is. STEALING.

Got a call, Missed it. Tried to call back and got some weird tones....will add to my blocked calls with verizon. You are allowed 5 at no charge

This a fraudulent call by a company using a VIOP network to hide thier real phone number.  they blatently lie and tell you they are the cardmember services interest rate lowering department of visa.  If you call them on it they will just swear at you, threaten to bomb you, or threaten to burn your house down.  

THIS IS 100% CREDIT CARD FRAUD.  DO NOT GIVE YOUR CARD NUMBER, YOUR SOCIAL OR EVEN THE LAST 4 DIGITS AS THEY WILL TELL YOU YOU DO NOT QUALIFY THEN USE THIS INFO TO STEAL YOUR IDENTITY / REDIRECT YOUR BILLS SO THEY CAN DRAIN YOUR ACCOUNT.  

you have been warned.  If you did provide them the info contact your credit card company and law enforcement immediatly as well as the three credit bureau's to place a note on your file..

I just got my second call from these weasels; on my cell phone, which is on the do not call
list. Since I am tired of these calls; from these -@##!"s and others; I filed a complaint with the do not call registry and intend to do so on every other scam call I get.  I urge you all to rat these con men out to the feds and just maybe we can slow them down a bit.

As others have said above, what good is it to be on the DNC list. Where is Washington when you need them for enforcement?

Had multiple calls from these scamsters.  Always same recorded message from "Rachel" at card member services.  I've reported to the DNC list several times, but it does no good because they spoof the caller ID, so you are left reporting incorrect info to the DNC complaint site and they can't ever find these people.  I did get one operator to tell me that multiple companies have all purchased the same recording by Rachel and are using it all over the country.  So apparently there are dozens of these people calling with the same message.  I verified the caller ID was spoofed when the number was that of an after school tutoring company just down the road from my house.  I called them and let them know their number was being spoofed as part of this scheme and may be getting reported to the DNC list.  They are trying to work with the local phone company to get their number protected.  Good luck to them!
