I got a call from 801-532-2038 and an Asian male claimed that my computer was fixed and ready to be picked up. I only have one computer and I am using it now. Scammer for sure!

yea, some dude from India called posing as a microsoft rep. Wanted no almost demanded me to sit at my pc so he could "help me" help me what give him my ID WTF Ever Apu get the *uck off my phone and don't make find you.

I got a call from this number and verified it was someone I knew, however they were calling in on Skype from Canada.  I'm located within the 801 area code and assumed it had something to do with that.

I received a phone call from this number, Asian man that I could not understand very well. He talked about my computer receiving downloads without my knowledge and asked if my computer was running slow. Hung up.

caller would not identify himself, said he would call back, has called repeatedly daily.

number keeps calling my land line

I got a phone call a few minutes ago (June 11, 2013 at 12:27 pm). The Caller ID said "Transcom Enhanc" with phone number 801-532-2038. I answered. The guy on the phone asked me if my name is [he gave my real first name]. The guy has an accent, though not a strong one, and his English is very good. I can't tell what accent. My guess is Indian or Pakistani, but I could be wrong. He said his name is Jerome Smith. I had him repeat it, although I'm not absolutely positive of the first name. He told me he was working on behalf of Microsoft and that he knew I use Windows 7 and wanted me to open my computer right then so he could get access to it and turn back on crucial Microsoft software that was currently turned off that protected my computer. He said it would take 2 minutes. I told him that I had good repair programs that could do that, and that I would run them and call him back at that number if I found any problems after running those programs. Then I said goodbye and hung up.

This "Transcom Enhancement" is a total scam.....Report this to the FCA (Federal Communication Act) on the Don't Not Call Registry and get this S.O.B of the phones....Not sure where it originated but I would like to put a virus on him....
Don't give him any information!!! Not sure what he is up to ....but it has to be illegal

i have been so frustrated with this...i spent several hours finding out information.
they call under a skype name "TRANSCOM ENHANC"
this is a SCAM!! trying to get information on your computers...they will hack it and who knows what after.
this number you cant call back on....but i have a number you can!

call him over and over...i have also reported this number to the federal comunication regestry as a scam
pass it on  and lets get these scammers away from our companys...put them out of work or in prison!

This number 801.532.2038 keeps calling at 5 a.m. 6:30 a.m. and 8 a.m. each morning for the past three days.  Answered the first day at 8 a.m.  The caller was speaking in broken English, something about a laptop.  When I stopped her and told her my number was on the Do Not Call List and I was going to report them, she hung up.  Didn't stop them.  Has happened again the past two days.  I have not answered any further calls.  How to make them stop?
