This is a survey company that does follow-up surveys for firms that you have done business with.  If they are calling on behalf of someone you have done business, there is no violation of the "do not call list".  If they are calling you and you have not done business with the client company, then by all means file a complaint.

They called my house several times and each time I picked up and said hello they just hung up on

they have called my cell phone twice today and by the second ring they hang up and do not leave a message

this number called my cellphone several time but never clear the voice

I keep on having this number calling me up to 4 or 5 times per day. I don't pick up. Thank God for caller ID's!!!!

This phone number keeps calling my house and when I answer the phone, no ever says anything.  What is the reasoning for this??  If they are taking a survey shouldn't they ask some questions or at least say something????!!!  grrrrrrr  This angers me.. Who keeps calling me??

Several calls from this number recently.  When you answer, there is total silence for about 5 sec. or so.  Then a lady came on the line that talks so fast and with an accent of some kind such that we cannot understand her.  Thus, we simply hang up.  Yet, they are quite a pain in the you know what...

Same thing...answer phone, helo hello hello, no response.  Probably an auto-dialer not working correctly.

this number has called me several times i answered the second call but no one answered or said enything at all which i find quite annoying.

I just got a call from this number on a brand new cell phone with an equally brand new phone number. I haven't even had the phone for a week!

I called the number back and got a recording that it was a marketing company: western wats.  They have a web site: www.westernwats.com

called company.  You can opt-out by calling : 801.373.7735 and leaving the phone number you wish to not be called at and they will take that number off their list!

I received a call from this number and a foreign woman was very confused when she began to speak.  Her number came up as a cell phone number.  I hung up.  I then called 1-801-373-7735 and left a message to have my number removed from their call list

Got a call from (801) 623-4621 tonight.  I am ON the Do Not Call list.  The caller said nothing.  Just hung up.
