- NicoleThis number calls our home and asks for my husband. When I say he is not in they hang up on me.
- Kevinasks a lot of personal questions.
- Beatrice BingleySince I do not recognize the number, I do not answer. They never leave a message, but continue to call every few hours.
- AmberThis number, 801-691-5910, continues to call in the evening and will not leave a message on the answering machine.
I have filed a complaint with the government at:
https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
I would suggest everyone file a complaint at: www.donotcall.gov- Caller: UNKNOWN NAME
- AmberThey called again and when I answered, a man identified himself as “Kevin” from “Boston Research Group”, I immediately told him to remove my number from the list.
They have a website, so feel free to express your Constitutionally Protected Opinion to them:

(801) 373-9923- Caller: BRG Research Services - Provo, UT

- Caller: Unknown Name

- Caller: BRG Research Group
- JojoTonight is the first time they called me - I didn't answer it because I didn't recognize the number. The caller ID said the call was from Provo UT. They did not leave a message.
- Caller: Provo UT
- Kanehttp://www.brgresearchservices.com/complaint.php You can remove yourself from their call list at this address. They are a company that does surveys, and as such are exempt from the do not call list, so any complaints to the do not call registry are worthless.
- Deb| 1 replyI tried contacting the number on the website that it says to call to have your name removed from the call list, and all I get is a busy signal.
There is no other method to ask to be removed?- Caller: BRG
- RWUpon calling the # listed on the website for removal, an auto-attendant offered the option to "press 2" to specify the # you wish to have removed.
- Dr. Paul ProteusThese guys keep calling, I never pick up. Today I was working by my computer and blasting music when they rang again, so I picked up for once and put the phone up to the speaker. They got an earful of "The Writ" by Black Sabbath. Hope they hated it.
- LaurieAlso tried calling the number back and just get a busy signal. Seems impossible to remove yourself -- they call my home number every few days, leaving no message.
- AnonymThis number called us twice within three hours. It did not leave a message the first time. The second we answered and were greeted by silence. Perhaps our Tele-Zapper knocked it off. I also tried calling the number back and got a rapid busy signal. In any event, as suggested, above, I've reported both calls to the federal Do Not Call list and will report them to my state's Do Not Call list as well.
- VitaThey called and asked for my husband. I said he was not here, and asked to take a message. They said "no thanks, I will try back later."
- DebbieI just received a call on my cell. I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer. If they call again I will report the calls.
- JOhn HarrisCalled today and said they were Bank of America customer service and they wanted to ask some questions about the service.
- KevinPEOPLE, READ THIS!! You can't report this company to the National Do Not Call list. They are exempt from following the rules because they are a "market research" company. If you ask me, "market research" and telemarketing is one in the same, but somehow these "let's ask you 20 questions and annoy you during dinner" companies were able to get the Government to make an exception. They can pester us all they want. Your complaints will go unheard. Go to the link provided above. Call them back. Eventually you will get a recorded message telling you to leave a message with your phone number and ask to be removed. DO IT. Or, if you have a phone company like mine, log in to your account and add 801-691-5910 to your "selective call block" list. That's what I did and now these [***] can't call me or even leave a message. They get a recording saying "this party does not wish to talk to you!" My phone never rings. It is the best. :)
