I keep getting a call from this number 801-748-4030.  It shows up on the Caller ID as IMS.  Does anyone know who this is and why Qwest sells our telephone numbers to telemarketers?

IMS 801-748-4030.  I get calls sometimes 2 or 3 x's in row.  Husband answered once and asked who they were.  They said something about being an advertising service and he emphatically said that we weren't interested--still getting calls.

I just got a call from this number, they asked for a manager. I told them it was a personal cell phone. The guy replied, "uh, oh. I can call back." I said "please don't call back". he replied, "uh, excuse me?" I said, "is this a sales call?" he replied, "oh no this isn't a sales call." an awkward pause and then I said good bye and ended the call... Definitely weird, they have called before.

i've got a call asking for a manager several times, it's VERY annoying and disturbing that they have my office number and they ask for a manager... please let me know who this is

i got call from this number saying i won a schatch contest and they will be in my job to give me the price i hung up becuase theirs just bs.

i have gotten those calls too, but, haven't answered.. if you tell them to take your name off their list, don't they have to.?

IMS has called my house daily for the last 2 months. When I answer there is no one there. Today I answered and after a pause, a woman asked for my husband. I told her that I was very tired of her company's calls and I wanted to be placed on their "no call list". I then hung up. She immediately called back and said that I was rude and that she had the right to talk. I hung up and called my state attorney general's office and reported this call as harassment. Their office stated that they have recieved many complaints regarding IMS. My call was from 406-426-3228.

I answered their questions and they sent me $25,000.
Just kidding!
She said I was guaranteed to win a car or a Bahamas vacation or $25,000 if I answered her quations.  I didn't believe her.  I'll block that number from ringing my phone now.

STOP CALLING ME!!!!  Seriously they are SO annoying.

Received a call from them stating that I was a random winner of their monthly scratcher contest.  I asked where she found my telephone number, and she said that it was obtained from an online resume posting.

Checked the number they were calling on donotcall.gov and it's registration had expired. Re-registered and set this number to block on my phone.

Keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone.  Don't know why.

I just got a call from this # again today. They have called several times over the past few months. I didn't answer the call in time today ...... but it seems like its time to report them to donotcall.gov!!! Hopefully these calls will be ending now!

I get calls from this number almost daily.  I wish my phone could store more than 20 numbers in the blocked calls memory.  For the love.  Idiots....quit calling me!

IMS aka Federal Financial.

This guy name Josh called the office and said some crap about saving money and mentioning their expensive products but didnt mention the cost. He said it would only take 15-20 mins of my time. He set up an appointment and I agreed. He came with his partner whose name I forgot. But he was an older guy and Josh was the rookie. I was quite frank with him and blunt. If this so called presentation was gonna take 15-20 I will be okay. But it took 40 mins of my life listening to the partner while Josh sits there and learn like a dumb A**. Partner was saying I could put a certain amount of money down and that it would build by the time I retire. He went on to say some more sh*t about investing. The problem is, I kept telling him I already have someone who is an investor and I'm doing business with him. He ask what his name was. I told him its a long Indian name. He ask what my work is doing with accounting. I told him I have someone else already. He proceeded asking for my cpa name. So he wants to know everyone name? He told me not to waste his time. I told him I'm interested but not doing business with him. Josh told me I could win a Ford Explorer in which I told him im not a big fan of. He said I could sell it to him or win a vacation. I of course ask if there was a catch, such as paying taxes or reporting it on your tax,. He said there is no catch whatso ever.  Everything has a catch regardless if it is tax free or not. Partner reminded me that their product is expensive. Big wow. He then told me how much I could save. When he said that, he brought out his play money and pretended. I felt like I was doing some monopoly. They kep saying they are not selling anything. Whenever people say that, they always mention that they have products that are expensive or something their company sells.

I have a very similar story to those told already, the major difference is that I asked my "non solicatation person" to take my company number off of his list as my company doesn't accept solication of any kind. 6 times, I had to repeat my request before I asked if there was any official business with my company I could help him with. He asked for my corporate information and I refered him to our web-site. I tried to get his name and contact info because I wanted to file a report with the BBB and speak with his supervisor as this had turned into a harrasment type call. This gentle man started arguing and became very combative with me. I call the number back that I was called from and just got an answering machine. I left a request to be added to the do not call list ONLY AFTER I was called back by a supervisor..... Any one surprised I never got a call back?
