Had at least 2 calls to my mobile from this number.  Missed the first one, but when I answered the 2nd time there was no answer -- couldn't hear anything at all in fact -- and my phone again recorded it as missed.The calls were a couple of days apart.

The caller left a message on my answering machine that they were calling from Chase bank and asked for me by name. My caller ID said the call was from Ogden Utah. They called back again but this time left no message.

I received a call from 801-823-2024. The caller is not identified, i.e., "Unknown Caller". Apparently, the call originates from Salt Lake City - and/or surrounding area - in Utah.

Called me asking for me to answer a poll about my satisfaction with Chase customer service?. They used my first name to address me. Don't know what to think.

I keep getting calls from this number . I don't like it at all. I am on a do not call list.

It's lagit sorta .. Chase calls customers who have recently visited or connected to Chase banking services to rate their bank and employee customer service. Still spam as far as I am concerned.

I got a call from this also..but at all times when I don't recognize a number and there is no message left I don't answer and wait to see if there's any message left.

There wasn't any message so i didn't concern myself..

But I do want to thank for those that reported what they do know about this number.
I would suggest not answer and if there is a way to wait and see if they leave a message to do so.

I have done this many times and eventually they see you won't answer and stop calling.

Got a call today but didn't answer. The caller started speaking into my answering machine as if they were talking to a person.  I guess he never heard the out going message from my machine.  He said he was calling from CHASE bank and hung up when he realized that no one was on the line.  At least he was polite.

got a call from number 801-823-2024, answer and they said CHASE, I IMMEDIATELY HUNG UP.    Tired of calls like this!

It's not legit. How could they call on a number that's an app and I didn't give them! Ignore it!

Got a few calls from this number, says on machine its Chase Bank.  I never answered, thought this type of solicitation was illegal?  I guess not for Chase...

Its not solicitation, they score the customer service of the branches by calling the numbers of customers who have performed transactions. The company puts a lot of weight on it to the employees.

Its an automated survey from Chase Bank. I had an issue with my checking account and while I was on hold, a pre-recorded message asked if it was ok to call my phone number back so I could participate in a short survey regarding their customer service.

This is a poor way for a bank to find out about thier own customer service. I'm a Chase customer, but I don't answer unknown calls. Now that I know it is Chase, I will answer, and tell them I don't like the way they do this.
Regarding the national do not call list, there are a few exceptions. Having a business relationship with a company is one of them. Political messages, survey's, they can call, telemarketers are not supposed to, however, you may have given some of them permission without knowing, say with your bank or a retail store card, or frequent flyer program or rewards program of any kind.

It's NOT Chase Bank calling, it's a scammer using thier name just as MasterCard and Visa have been used. I got a call too.
When I see a scammer number on my TV (that's where my CID is displayed) I always click the phone On then OFF immediately.... it disconnects the call without them hearing a thing but a "click" and they think it's a blocked number so they stop calling. So far three very persistent callers stopped.... right after I started doing that. So it's working.

Same here...several calls (I didn't answer) from this number which came through on my caller ID as "Unknown Caller."  Finally, I answered.  Young, sweet voice with some "call center background noise."  She asked specifically for me.  Then she said she was calling form CHASE bank and wanted to know if I would participate in a customer service survey.  I said that I would not be participating in any survey in which the call comes form a "Unknown Number" via my caller ID.  She was very kind and said she appreciated my comment and would make a note of it.  The end.  

I googled the number after the call.  I found this webpage and was a bit relieved to see that others had a similar "Chase" experience.  It may very well be legitimate...but I agree with those who think it is not appropriate.

IF YOU ALL HAVE OR HAVE HAD CHASE BANK THEY ARE CALLING TO DO A SATISFACTION SURVEY..
don't be so scurrred of the bill collectors.. just dont answer ANY number you dont know.. thats what you have voicemail for..

It's just Chase bank, so nothing nefarious. Probably calling for a customer satisfaction survey.

got this same call, didn't answer both times. I am a chase customer, and I was on the phone with them the other day to resolve an issue. But here's the weird thing.... how did they get my skype # ? i never gave them that number. There's no way this is actually chase, or that it has anything to do with my service I received a few days back. It's someone who got a list they bought with chase customers on it. That's how they know your name. I can buy these lists too. IGNORE!

It is from a company hired by Chase. They are in charged to survey the people that have stopped at the bank to do any transaction and rate their service. That's all. By the way I rated them 10 on everything because they do such a great job.
