Anyone else get this number on caller id? Says "Ogden UT"

Called on !!/02/2008 at 5:30pm. The call is a survey for Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield my medical health plan.

Had calls from this number (caller ID said Ogden, UT) at around 5 p.m. on 11/9 and 7:30 p.m. on 11/11. Nobody there when I answered. We're also on Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield, and it seems odd that they'd be doing a phone survey and odder still that they'd not answer when you pick up the phone even after several hellos. Possibly a scam of some sort??

This number just called.  When I answered, there was nobody there for a few seconds then a hang up.  I also got a call from them on 11/6--I wasn't here but the number was left on my caller ID. Caller ID just said "unknown name" then the number.

annoying number called twice but noone said anything. companies always call and ask us what we want,tell them we want them to lower our interest rates by not hiring other people to annoy us on the phone, thats what i want

Just got a call from 801-823-2028 it said Ogden. on the Caller ID just trying to figure out who called.

Yeah, they called me (801-823-2028), but I didn't answer. No message was left on my recorder.

There are several calls listed from here.  No messages are left.  If the phone rings more than a couple of times, no one answers.

Got a call from this number today. It was a health insurance survey. A bit tedious but harmless imho.

Survey from westernwats.com, don't know how they got the my number, but I am on the do not call list.
Someone needs to check them out.

This numbers continues to call and harass... who is this line, they don't give up!!  They need to stop!!

They kept calling, I'd just lift the reciver from the hook about 1/2 inch then drop it back down, they called right back. After a few times, I picked it up and said: "FFFF off man!" and slammed the phone down. They never called back. I have a DNC number.

Calls on 3 different dates from this number.  No one answers.  Does not leave a message.  The number disappears from my caller id the next day after a call.

It's Western Wats, a telemarketing company. They've been calling me every day for weeks.
I was so mad after reading how many people they bothered (there are several websites with complaints about this number) that I went to the FCC website and filed a complaint online. Everyone should do this!
Just go to www.fcc.gov, look at the links on the left, click on Contacting the FCC, then look under To Obtain Information via E-mail or Online Form and click on File a Complaint. Then choose your complaint type, click Next at the bottom and it will lead you through the steps to file an online complaint.

We got a call from 801-823-2023 at 8:30pm -- we are on the no call list -- we have caller ID and do not answer calls on numbers we do not recognize and especially toll free calls-- they left no message on the recorder. We have been getting a lot of toll free unknown name calls in the last month, most of them do not leave a message those that do leave a message are looking for a person that does not live here.

Western Wats Survey.  Told them, if they called again I would hunt them down and eat their children.  Been on the Do Not Call Registry for more than a year.  A lot of good the Federal Trade Comission people do.  What is the list for, if the telemarketers and surveyors just ignore it?

These guys have been calling me every single week day for over a month. Persistent little buggers. I also have caller ID (which just shows 'Unknown' and the number) and I'm either not home or do not pick up when I see it is them. They always attempt a call between 5 and 8 pm - again every single day for me, Monday through Friday. I am also on the DNC list. I also filed a complaint with the FCC. Hasn't stopped them so far. Looks from this list of complaints that they've been doing this a long time and clearly not afraid of any Do Not Call laws.
