I receive calls daily from this number.  Two-three times a day.  State unknown caller.  I answered the phone once and there was a recording stating please hold you will be connected shortly.  I hung up.

It is a research company called western wats. you may visit their website to have your number removed.

Another site attributes this number to Polaris Research.  They have a website.  I have sent an inquiry to them about unsolicited calls and am waiting a reply.

Received a call from this number at 9:00 ET.  They identified themselves to my wife as Blue Cross and said they wanted to talk with me.  I took the phone and they had hung up.   Called Blue Cross and their office had closed hours ago.

Yes, these people started calling me a couple of days ago, and call twice a day.  They never leave a message.

Got my first call from this number and did not answer it.  The caller ID indicated UTAH CALL.

This number keeps calling.  I do not answer and let the answering machine pick.  They never leave a message

Caller ID states Utah. I called the number back and received and received a voicemail.  It stated that the company name was opinionology.com  The WEB site they state to go to is called opinionology.com to answer survey questions.

10:04AM CST caller id just Ogden UT waited for the answering machine to pick it up but it just hung up.  Love that answering machine because when callers leave a message most are legitimate. The voice mail was always full of junk which was very time consuming to sort through.  Wish I could get rid of voice mail but it comes with the phone service.

Receive calls from this number several times a day.  Never leaves a message. I never return the call.

Got a call from 801-823-2029 today 04/30/2012. Caller ID - Ogden, UT. I did not answer, left no message...

Been getting a whole bunch of these type robo calls starting in May....Either its Political Opinions Of America (not political btw) all about surveys, junks offerings...complained to National Do Not Call List. These all now come daily all around 3 pm, tired of these pranks.

Answering machine picked up, but the caller didn't seem to notice. He said "Hello. My name is Steven Nelson calling on behalf of Market Red Research (that's what it sounded like). How are you today? Since the machine picked it up there was obviously response so he said, "Hello? Hello?" Then hung up.

Got a call from this number and they never left a message.  Hopefully this doesn't turn into an every day thing. I hate when people call and don't leave a message.  If you can't leave a message then don't bother calling at all.  It obviously can't be too important!

Some lady wanting our IT guy to take a survey.  Says from opinionology regardin the energy we use.  Whatever. We don't have time for that knid of stuff.  So I put her on hold for a few minutes then hung up. Ridiuclous. The Do not call registry is no good to businesses half the time for these idiots disguise themselves. They know the loopholes.  It's bad enough with these India scammers.

Got a voicemail from a guy named, "Nick,"asking me to return his his call.

Acted like we knew one another. He presented himself very casualy, as if we were good friends.

I googled the phone number and found this site.

Got 2 calls from this # and 1 from 801-823-2034 in the last 2 days. The most recent was tonight at 9pm. I didn't answer the call and a message was not left on my machine. I was curious so I called the # back and a man answered it as if it was his personal #. No greeting from a company or name, just "hello", so I hung up. I'm on the DO NOT CALL list, but I'm thinking it may be a scam.

Received a call from this number this afternoon, which I did not recognize, and no one left a message!!
