Answered call no one said anything and when called back there was a busy dial tone.  Who is calling all of us I looked it up and the call is from Utah.

I got the call as well. They use an automated dialer so there is a period of silence while the machine recognizes that the number was picked up until the time that it transfers you to an operator. A lot of companies use this firm for opinion surveys. It depends on what service you have recently used. A bank, a car repair, a mortgage inquiry. Any of these companies may use this service.

I called the # back and it said it was a survey Watts center.  Something like that.

Caller said he was Zach from Suntrust bank and their records showed I had visited xyz branch recently.  I said I did not and he hung up.

I got a call from this number a few time. The first time it said it was Verison Wireless, the second time it was a survey, and the last call I got, they hung up after one ring. I have it blocked on my phone now.

When you call the phone number.. the automated service says it is Watt survey group then it hangs up. All they tell you on the automated service is to go to their website.

I also got this call many times and when I don't answer it, they hang up. FYI if they don't leave a voice mail or message for you, you know it is a lot of BS and never answer, and report it to your local service who will remove their service is they see it happening often. You have to report it as a Harassment complaint. Ron

I got a call too. Said It was Stacy from Sun Trust calling. Of course I did not answer and they left Message.

Yeah, it is Sun Trust Bank.  I got an account with them last week and gave the number they called.  They asked for me by name (first name and last name) and that phone number is that of a relative with a different first name, so it was not someone calling from a phone book or listing.  It is a land line in Ogden, UT.  It might be some employee checking out a new account or they might be one of their boiler rooms trying to sell you some Sun Trust offering or different type of an account.  It is harmless, just annoying.  Most of those type numbers are blocked from taking incoming calls.

I just got a call from this same number. Caller ID said "Utah Call".

Claimed to be from Time Warner and said that I had called them within the last 2 days and talkedto Customer Service. WHICH IS A LIE. No call has been made from my residence to Time Warner at all.

I screen my calls with my answering machine. I never pick up unless the caller identifies who they are. I have had 3 calls in as many days.

Just like Bryce a guy said he was from Time Warner. Asked if I had a problem. I said no. He said I called Customer Service three days ago. I said, "You're in Ogden, Utah, aren't you?" He said yes. I told him I googled this number and it was a scam....he hung up. That was my second call from this number this week.

Female identified herself as being from Time Warner checking with me because I called them in the past three days, then asked me if I did call within the past three days. I replied that I did not remember & hung up. The caller was all too obviously reading (swiftly) through a script...totally unprofessional as well.

this number called my cell 6:16pm eastern time, did not leave a voice mail, I read a comment saying they were doing a survey about a refi with Chase, well I just recently refi'd with Chase, I'm assuming it was in regards to that

They called my house from this number: 801-823-2034.  We said, "Hello?  Hello?  Guten Tag?  Auf Wiedersehen!"  Nobody answered.  I dialed the same number from my cell phone to see if someone would pick up and answer, but a recording device at that number directed us to www.WesternWats.com  It is a data-collecting, telemarketing agency.

They claimed to be calling for Time Warner.  The man on the other line tried to sound like a recording, but his voice broke and then he hung up when I tried to say something.  I don't know how they are getting our numbers from Time Warner, but suspect someone is giving them out with names.  It was strange because we have had calls from Time Warner regarding changing our accounts.
