It appears to be from Opinion Dynamic, or so it says on my caller ID.

This number belongs to that of a survey company; the person conducting the survey asked me my opinion of SMECO's Appliance Recycling Program, which I participated in a few months ago.

Called 4 times today and last night, always hangs up after a couple rings  Annoying

Also in NY when they call again there gonna get ok hold on and I will put the phone down & check back in a half hour if the idiot is still there I will say oh my hold again till they are gone & if they have the grapes to call again will start all over again 2 can play I say lol.I am leaving this message everywhere I can pass it on & maybe it will get back to the co.that there employees are just calling & hanging up.3 times today they woke up the Bear now hear me roar.

These idiots must have called a dozen times over last several days. ID came up Opinion Dynamic. Prolly some stinking robo call. Like to find out these bums home phone number and publish it !

Only certain companies are excluded from having to abide by the Do Not Call list. A survey company or whatever this is should not be using numbers on that list. How can they be held accountable and fined? Is there a place to file a complaint that will actually levy the fine? I just received the third call today from them and it came at 7:39 p.m. This has been going on for months. Urrrrrr!

Phone rang...nobody on the line.  has happened several times over the past year.

This number has beeped me four times over the past 24 hours. The phone never actually rings. There is no MISSED or RECEIVED call listed on my phone. That makes me think that perhaps Verizon is blocking it? I will report it to verizon.

Got a call from these jerks and no one spoke when I picked up the phone.  It was just dead silence.

I screamed into the mic that I'm on the "Do Not Call" list.  Next thing I hear is the phone companies recording "Please hang up..."

I get unsolicited calls from this number when I am on the DoNotCall list.

I'm on a DO NOT CALL LIST. You have no reason to call me again. You call& and hang up after I don't pick up. How important of a call can that be idiot?????? I just gave you my opinion to STUPID DYNAMICS!!!!!!!!

In Indiana we can go to the Attorney General's office website and file a complaint for them violating the Do Not Call list.  These people just called my house at 9:31pm and didn't even answer when I picked up.  I reported them and hopefully if enough others do too something will be done about it.

this number calls repeatedly but leave the message "you have a message" with no other informaiton

Someone from this number just called me, said he was with Indiana Michigan Electric,  and my home was chosen for energize Indiana program.  Funny thing is, I just went through that program a couple months ago!! Obviously a scam!!

This number keeps calling and hanging up.    When I call it back it wants me to leave a message with my name and number to remove me from this list.   I have left a message but they keep calling me.  I think this is a surveillance scheme to see whom is in the house.  I have been stalked for years.
