who is this calling me

This is Pinnacle Security out of Salt Lake City, UT.

I've been getting multiple calls a day from different numbers in UT, all owned by Pinnacle Security. When I answer, it just makes beeping sounds and then hangs up. Once someone actually answered, and said "This is Pinnacle Security. We are following up to see if we answered your questions and concerns properly". When I asked "what questions?" - he mumbled something, and hung up. The calls continue - every day, every week. I've sent Pinnacle another email about this problem.

I have been trying to cancel my account ever since my contract was up.  THey are still taking money directly out of my account!!!!!!!!

Just talked to them again about canceling my account with them.  I faxed over AGAIN a hand written note saying I wanted to cancel the contract. But was told there was no way to get refunded for the last few months that I have been trying to cancel..

This number belongs to Devcon Security collections department. Devcon has merged with Pinnacle security.

I live in Saskatchewan, Canada and I get these calls mulitple times per day.
