Same here. Called my cell TWICE so far today, NO VOICE MAIL was left. Through my interwebs detecting, I tracked this number down to Salt Lake City, UT almost on the corner of E 500 S and S 3rd E. It's next door neighbor seems to be a company called Portamedic and it is located at 350 E 500 S # 202, Salt Lake City, UT 84111.  As I was in Google Street View mode looking at the building from where this number is calling from, it became too blurry as I zoomed in to get an actual address of the building that this call is coming from BUT does seem to be a home turned into a business and it is located in the downtown region.

I was however able to look to the left of where I was "standing" and saw a sign (that was blurred as well) BUT looked to me like it had the red Allstate Insurance brand/logo on it. Now I need to search and see of there is an Allstate in that location, then we know who is harassing us with unwanted calls ;-)

Okay...well not sure how two business can share the same address, but are supposedly two separate entities, BUT after conducting further research I came across this fella:

So correction to my above with regards to Allstate (I thought they had the red logo), apparently this dude is with State Farm. But note that his address is listed as the same as the Portamedic one above....I dunno man, I dunno but that's all I was able to dig up in such a short time. Now I think it is time to *69 and do a little messing around with good 'ole Mr. Jay CASH-MORE, or is it MORE-CASH's head...buwhahaha.

Yup THAT'S HIM!! Got confirmation. Between using Google Earth Street View and just plain some plain 'ole Googling, I got an EXACT MATCH between what Google Street View showed me (NOTICE THE SIGN WITH THE RED LOGO LOL), and the image that shows up when you Google him here:

So he is using a SPOOFED number INSTEAD OF HIS OFFICIAL STATE FARM NUMBER to call and harass people with this 801-889-1517 crap that doesn't lead back to ANY business YET it IS A LAND LINE. For anyone who has officially put their cell or land line on the National Do Not Call List, I have just handed you everything you need for a $1000.00 civil suit AS PER THE LAW!!! Bye Jay MORE-CASH!! Buwhhaha.  

P.S. With tactics such as that, I wouldn't recommend using State Farm to insure JACK! But that is only my opinion ;-)

This number calls twice within a few minutes and doesn't leave a message.  This has gone on for several days.

They called my cell. The guy said, "Hello, David?" And then hung up. When I called back all I get is  voice mail.

Newbomb Turk, I understand where you are coming from with all this anger, I have been called by this number over 5 times already as well as many others but seriously enough with THE CAPITALIZED WORDS.  You can easily GET your POINT across without SPAMMING THE CAPS LOCK KEY.  It really doesn't do you any favors and GETS ANNOYING after awhile, when I want to look up information I don't want to feel like I am GETTING YELLED AT on and off.  Just TAKE A CHILL PILL and give your SHIFT key a break, OKAY?

This number has called my cell three times today. I answered once, no one responded. If this is indeed a business or someone from a business I don't understand what the benefit is to them calling and not speaking when people answer. My cell, house, and husbands cell phones are all on the DNC registry.

Calls are for a make money online scam... even after saying not interested they still call twice a day.  Got them blocked with my carrier.

I appreciate all your information bc I am not sure I am smart enough to gather all that stuff. Thanks for looking into it I hope something gets done bc its really getting old.

Has called five times in three days, never says a word, a couple of clicks or beeps and then a dial tone. Caller ID just says Salt Lake City Utah

Someone from this number keeps calling my Moms cell, they leave no message but are annoying the crap out of her, I want it stopped!!!!
