Connecticut Dept of Health - Survey line (Say Vermont on Call ID)

Called - heard a ring on the other end and then the call was disconnected.

802-264-3580 is owned by a private research company based out of Vermont.  They say they are randomly calling cell phone numbers for various phone surveys.  My call was funded by Connecticut Dept of Health and they wanted me to take part in a 25 minute phone survey.

thay said the got my cell number by using an automatic dialer and it was for a survey for the dept of health. my cell number is on the do not call list,said not answering any questions good bye.

This is some random cold caller.... not bother calling them back.

They have called me several times,I told this male, that I was on another phone call. He asked if he could call at another time, I said no thank you. The next day he called me again, This time I didn't answer the phone, they didn't leave a message and hung up.
I have an unlisted #, and I'm furious.

Said they were calling from Connecticut Deptartment of Health for a survey....they keep calling my number and do not stop.

The company calling is ICF Macro which contracts with state and federal governments to conduct cell phone health surveys.

After emailing the aforementioned info@icfi.com, we received the following email:

Hello, ICF Macro is a government contractor which conducts research studies for a number of organizations such as the CDC, State Health Departments, and other state and federal agencies.  It appears you may have been contacted for one of our telephone research studies.  The majority of these studies do use random digit dialing to select sample at random which is then dialed by our interviewing staff.  To maintain the anonymity of the data collected we do not match names or other personally identifying information to telephone numbers.

For the majority of our cell phone surveys there is nothing that would disqualify you, if you would like to participate, as long as you use your phone at least partly for personal use.  However, these studies are of course voluntary and I would be glad to remove you from our sample and add your number to our internal do not call list if you can provide me with the number at which you were contacted.

I didnt answer but they left a message stating they were from the CDC and taking surveys for the CT departement of health.

Got this call in CT.
But it said it was a survey for the study of the Connecticut health department.
When i picked up, it was automated.. but then it said "Is (---) --- ---- your area code?" and I didn't speak and a actual person said "hello?" very confusing.

11 calls in 2 weeks!  Even after speaking to them TWICE to Stop the calls, they continue.

Have gotten the same calls and also from a New Hampshire based number.  Best strategy?  Do not answer.  The calls stop coming if there is no response.

Stop calling my cell

Called on our land line. 6th time in last 4 days, but when caller ID says Unknown name AND they don't identify themselves when it goes to answering machine they'll never get us to pick up.

They are still calling to do a survey for the Connecticut Department of Health. What a waste of my tax dollars!!!

I live in CT, but they called my google voice number which is based in Georgia. No message.

I forgot to put my GV number on the do not call list, so that's what I'll be doing right now.

They keep calling my cell - do they know about minutes? Some health survey - If I want to be apart of a survey then I will call you
